I was so grateful that the universe dropped this company into my path. Being new to the system I was lost totally and running out of time to get my medical accounts set up and I found this company, or they found me. The person I was speaking with was very kind and courteous. Took her time. Explained everything to me was very helpful. Unfortunately, I do not have her name at this time, but if you look up on your phone calls logs and find my name, I would recommend that person who was on the other end of the phone get a raise, a bonus, and a gold star.

Agent was very helpful in changing me from a Medicare supplement to a Medicare Advantage plan with no premium. So far so good!

Craig Odem is my agent, he is very honest and knowledgeable! He helped me thru a difficult time when I was in the hospital! He said he could help and he sure did! I am very pleased with Health IQ and Craig!!!

The person that I talked with was excellent. He stayed with me and resolved my questions. He even found a plan that I like and will switch to it shortly.

Curtisha was my agent. I'm greatlful that I called but, wishing I had called in sooner to add Part C for the extra dental benefits. Curtisha was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me that I understand with ease.

What does it take for them to stop cold calling me . I made it clear I don't need them . But several times a day they call. Usually from a different phone number every time. Ridiculous company. No credibility.

Got a really good quote. Never needed life insurance before, but just got married. It pays to be healthy!

Brigitte Spencer was excellent. She explained the plan with all the details and did a great job.

Monique was my agent, and she was great. I did not want to talk with anyone else about the insurance I had because everyone else I had spoken with could not help me, but Monique was very patience with me and was able to find a program that works for me. She answered all my questions in a language I could understand.

Tierrian Lemon was awesome!! I was nervous when I called and did not know what to do. He explained every single thing step by step to me. He did it with compassion. He was very patient. He answered all my questions. I will refer all my family and friends to him for sure!!
