I have received phone calls daily from Health IQ. Today at 11am I spoke with a person and told them to stop calling me. Since 11am, I have received six phone calls. Their operators hang up when asked to confirm who they work for and the last operator called me a "mother f'er" after he lied about who he was calling from and I called him out on it.

This company is a scam they take your money every month and sell you a policy that is just a discounted rate for Doctor visits. 315 a month for this when you call they lie about what the actual coverage is when you ask to speak to a supervisor they laugh in your face and tell you to f yourself yes this is truly what happened they hide behind unified claims and multiplan you must sellect limited benefits to see who is in your network to get your discount now I am left with $27,000 dollars worth of medical bills Owner does not care and laughs all the way to the bank they only let you speak to customer service once you are enrolled I was lucky and saved the number of the person I bought from says she is sorry and is going to quit working there now that she knows it is a scam

If they contact you, please do not give them a chance. They brokered me and my wife into buying insurance. We bought it. They called us to get us a better deal thru another insurance. We fell for it. They didnt help us cancel the first insurance company (pacific life). They didnt send us paperwork for the new insurance company (Americo). We called them a million times. No ones answers. No call backs no matter how many times you ask for them. Two insurance companies are taking premiums and we cant cancel. When we call the insurance companies, they tell us to contact our agents/underwriters/producers. Our underwriters/producers are Health IQ. What a business!

I don't even know where to begin..... This company is not even a company. They are fraudulent! They promised pays that they never gave out. From bonuses to raises we never got it! So unorganized being told different things from the recruiters, from managers and HR. They would change your schedule constantly and last minute. They would make you work two weeks straight with no days off. This company should be on news channel 5 and be sued for the lack of honesty they've committed. We would call the same group of clients every single day, dang near harassing them about Medicare plans they did not want. Getting yelled and cussed because the phone dialer would call them 30 times a day. You put them on the do not call list and they would still get called. This company fired EVERYBODY last minute due to lack of funding the company had. Listen to my words when I say DONT EVER work for this dishonest, dysfunctional company!

Healthiq is an evil telemarketing company. They will not stop calling. I feel the CEO should be in prison.

I was lucky and honored to meet with Dana Herring, who helped me understand and choose the right Supplemental plan for my needs. This wad my 1st Enrollment for Medicare - Suppl plan and I needed a long and thorough explanations of the info I was getting.
Dana was very kind and patient answering my numerous questions professionally.
I am looking forward to getting more and new information on Medicare for the next Enrollment.

The representative Donald was very amicable and quickly accessed the benefits most beneficial for my condition. Through his expertise and his familiarity with the software tools made available, he was quickly able to derive the package that would be the most beneficial to me.

I was very happy that someone looked and had my back. She said oh no this is not right. So she took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I understood. I live on an income basis and the plan I was on was taking all the money I had and I ended up in collections. Thank you so much for caring.

Nothing ethical about this company. The whole hiring process is lies to get licensed agents to surrender control of their license. Then the mask comes off. This is a lot of telemarketing and outbound calling. These customers do not want to be contacted and have most have never requested any kind of information.

If you're a good agent, do not let them scam you in. They hired like 700 agents for AEP and didn't have enough leads to keep call flow. They you are put to telemarketing.

Severe pressure to sell even when the customer is in the best plan already. This is completely unethical.

Health IQ continues after I have requested to be removed from their lists, that I should never have been on, last month! I am on the do not call registry for years and have never done business with them nor have I ever requested any services. Run commercials like legit companies do. Using different phone numbers to hide your identity and trying to dump the call before my voicemail catches the call isn’t working nor does it make you seem like an aboveboard entity. As I e stated I am reporting all contact to the AG for harassment. I have more than done my part in telling you to leave me alone.
