Disappointing
Tried to use the Wisdom service several times in the last week. On each occasion, no one was available on live chat, video call or the phone helpline. Helpline operator agreed to arrange a call back at a convenient time (Thursday morning) but the call wasn’t received until 2:15pm when I was at work and unable to take the call.
UPDATE: Predictably, HA/Wisdom has responded saying they're "shocked" at my experience, despite there being several other very similar reviews in recent weeks to which they've responded in the same way. Based on my own multiple attempts at using this service and the reviews of others, this is clearly not an isolated occurrence.
Actually felt more stressed as a result of my experience with this service than I was before I started.

Stress relief
I had a serious worrying situation on Friday (of course its always Friday!) I called the service and Abdul Nasib called me back.
Abdul spent 30 minutes gong through my concerns, listened gave constructive advice and said he would deal with it - and he did! Organised a meeting, sent the documents, all by close of play.
Any practice manager will know how much that means in terms of worrying all over the weekend not knowing what to do how this can be sorted - well call Abdul is my advice.

Mental Health Awareness Week Event Support
We had the pleasure of inviting Rachelle Rogers,
Lead Partnerships Account Manager, to deliver a virtual session for us at Siemens UK plc as part of Mental Health Awareness Week, and I can honestly say it made a real impact.
Rachelle brought warmth, authenticity and genuine passion to the session. The way she spoke resonated with our colleagues.
The feedback afterwards was incredibly positive, with people sharing how much they got from it and how it’s encouraged them to explore all that Health Assured have to offer them and their families.

Not worth the hassle and the money my company is paying
I have been trying for days to get support for an initial discussion in view of getting counselling and asked the frontline advisors on at least 3 different occasions that call back times need to be after 4pm but I always get calls at random times! It feels like going in circles before even starting any support and I’m still waiting 8 days since my first contact to them.

Great service & outcome
The online referral & triage process was efficient & I was quickly matched with a counsellor. However, after one session, I didn't feel like they were a good fit for me & my circumstances so I asked to be matched with a different one.
Again, I was quickly matched & following six sessions with them I feel better able to cope and have learnt how to tackle situations as they arise, rather than letting things escalate. My stress & anxiety have improved thanks to Health Assured 😀

I cannot recommend Emma highly enough. She has supported me through an incredibly difficult and emotional period of my life when I wasn't sure how to move forward.
I've never found it easy to open up, but this has felt like such a safe space. Emma's approach is compassionate and insightful and has helped me enormously. I am so glad I reached out for help and will be forever grateful for this support at such a difficult time.

Couldn’t be more grateful
After years of struggling, I didn’t think a short term service would leave as big of an impact as it did. I am absolutely delighted and couldn’t be more grateful for this service. My councillor was incredible and we instantly connected which was amazing. She left me able to support myself following the councilling aswell. 10/10

I had 8 sessions with a lovey lady…
I had 8 sessions with a lovey lady called Susie who was honestly so lovely. She helped me with strategies and also just someone to talk to. I went through so may challenges things whilst talking to her and felt like her support and guidance really did help me in decision making, strategies and also looking after myself. I would have left zero stars but it won’t let me.
We use this service through work.
I called in absolute crisis one day, I called several times as I was in a very desperate state. I believe i also used something online to talk to someone. Was told someone would call me back!
5 days I had a call back from a rather perky women asking how I was!!!! I told her she was having a laugh and politely said it was probably best we end the call there.
Waste of time and the lack of care for the caller could result in them feeling even more abandoned than they did when they made the initial call.
