Purchased the Healifeco Ionic foot product. Following instructions I soaked my feet accordingly. Each time a certain brown substance came into water in the time allotted. However when I ran the footspa alone it filled the footbath the same way. When I requested more information from support all I received was information on how it worked in theory, nothing of actual test results. After repeated requests for more information I chose to return the unit. Though they boast of warehouses in the United States to return your product it had to be returned to China. That required a cost nearly equal to the cost of the product. Looking at the address provided on the website in Sheridan, Wyoming there is no business identified as Healifeco at that address. Therefore no Google Review was possible.
No straight verifiable answers about third party testing to tell how the various color to body are matched. No cost effective way to return any product for a full refund.
Would never do business with Healifeco. Appears the company is only a face company with products crom China.

For returns, the original shipping location and designated return center can be different. Orders are fulfilled based on product availability and the warehouse serving the destination, while returns are processed through our designated return facility.
We also understand your concerns regarding the information you were seeking about testing and the science behind the product. We value this feedback and recognize the importance of providing customers with clear and useful information when they have questions.

Purchased 3 units and the control unit stopped working. The replacement has now stopped working inside the warranty period and they are refusing to replace it. BEWARE the product is crap
The warranty had NOT expired when the replacement was sent. That is a lie. There should be a warranty on the replacement unit which was sent in March 2026
The order was placed in August 2025 so explain how you sent a control unit outside of warranty in March 2026???

The replacement unit sent in March was provided as a one-time courtesy after the original warranty coverage had already expired. Because courtesy replacements do not restart or extend the original warranty period, the current issue is unfortunately not eligible for another free replacement.
