Arrived earlier than expected and was exactly as described - the Hasena Massa Duo is a truly quality product.

Most beautiful bed. Great solid real wood and well built.

A beautiful wardrobe well made and looks really good. Delivered on time and assembled efficiently. A nice piece of furniture.

The Customer Services was most helpful. The beds arrived as arranged. The workmen were great and we love the beds and bedside tables.

It took us almost 13 weeks to receive this bed, one of the parts was wrong and took 4 weeks to deliver again! the colour of the bed was not at all what was in the photos on website, and the customer's service blamed us for not knowing what colour Champagne is! (although champagne is never grey!)
there was no apologetic tone and no offer of goodwill gesture on their part!

The bed itself is of normal quality, although had problems on the foot, scratches, etc!

The delivery & installation team were very professional & nice, but they are not connected to Head2Bed, so I think that's why!

Overall, an awful experience and nothing special about them!

Really happy with our furniture. The delivery team were honest that one pieces had been damaged in transit and they would be bringing a brand new one ASAP. We received a new replacement not long after. Very happy with the honesty, the service and the quality.

I bought a leather bed frame from Head2Bed, it was absolutely fantastic experience, from order to delivery, every step was simple and customer oriented, love the bed frame when I finally had the delivery.

The bed we choose and the mattress, that was recommended by the very helpful staff, are both extremely comfy.

From initial product queries, through to ordering and finally delivery, everything was excellent. Sabrina seems to work tirelessly to ensure full customer satisfaction. I was away on business during the scheduled delivery time and both Sabrina at Head2Bed and Danny at their delivery company liaised with a family member, the drivers even calling them half an hour before the delivery to make sure that someone would be at my address. Excellent product, excellent service and the delivery guys were quick, efficient and tidied everything up and took away all packaging. I highly recommend this company if you are in the market for any of the products they offer.

Ordered a bed for delivery and assembly which was delivered in good time and was assembled in our new loft conversion, the assembly went extremely well and the two guys were very friendly and helpful,
the bed was put exactly where we wanted it, extremely good quality bed and very strong, the best bed I have seen, we were not at all disappointed.
I can recommend this firm and their high quality products without any hesitation.

The furniture arrived precisely on time and was set up quickly and efficiently. Everything was perfect!

I have now bought 3 Hasna beds from Head2bed. The first two were for my children's rooms which I redecorated as they grew up and most recently I bought from head2bed for our master bedroom after searching extensively on line and the length of Tottenham Court Road. I'm really pleased with the quality and look of the leather headboards. Do consider the headboard lifting gear - I didn't look at this properly and am now ordering after the event because the mattress is very high on the slats ( a nice modern look) but the standard headboard height sits very close to the frame and does need to be lifted up above the mattress for optimum breakfast in bed, newspaper reading comfort.

A bed is Ia big purchase to make without seeing the product but Sabrina will talk you through any questions and allow you to mix and match feet and headboards. She is also very quick with emails and the ordering process is a lot slicker than in a real shop.

The beds are delivered and assembled in the room of your choice and so far ( 3 years on since the first purchase) they are stable and squeak free.

For my son's room I bought reading lights which seemed quite pricey but they are much better quality than I expected. They attach to the headboard ( fitters do that for you) and genuinely do stay put whereever you move the flexible cord. There are two intensities of light, easy to switch on/off the dark/ without looking and the beam points exactly where you want to see.

Matching bedside tables are available which are nice, sturdy enough and arrive assembled but not as impresssive as the beds from a design perspective.

Overall, good design, good quality beds and very efficient service at a value for money price. The only downside is a realively long lead time of about 6 weeks but that gives you time to get rid of your old bed and order a new mattress if you are buying that separately.

They damaged our wall when assembling the bed. The quality of the paintwork on the headboard is poor for a product as expensive as this. I couldn't complain as I was on holiday when it was delivered, I had to arrange for my daughter in law to let the in, I can't blame her for not noticing the damage. Overall, below standard goods for this price.

Your own delivery and home assembly terms and conditions state that faults must be reported at on the day. As I stated I was on holiday.
If you would like photographic proof of the damage to my wall and the poor paintwork, this can be provided. If however you are going to adhere to your T&C's, then it's probably not worth my effort.

Fantastic experience. Had to call to make a few enquiries before deciding which wardrobe to purchase, and received very knowledgeable answers which assisted my decision. Wardrobe beautiful, erected speedily by polite delivery men, would definitely recommend. Communication fantastic.
