How hard is it to do your job correctly?

Very hard apparently because this company cant provide a simple working Captcha.

Terrible. Their accessibility option is anything but accessible and makes you run in circles but never actually does what it's supposed to do. Forget trying to solve these things, it's laggy doesn't make any sense and is generally just frustrating and annoying. I try to not do business with anyone who uses these craptchas

Worst of the worst CAPTCHA service ever, I wonder why there's still websites hiring this service. Very lousy ideas with blurry images, they think all people has a good eyesight.

Used on many phishing websites. They responded once to shut down accounts but they chose to ignore all reports since. Absolutely disgraceful.

Awful. Blurred images, time consuming. Doesn’t even rate one star.

I'd like to take some time to tell everyone about this sh!tty captcha.
It's scamming all it's users, training AI for free, as when it says "not correct" it's just to get you to train their AI even more.

Discord uses this and every user has to go through a captcha 5-6 times, which is 5-6x what a normal captcha AI would get trained. This has to be fixed.

Vry cheap I loved it and because my users hate it I made sure to use hCaptcha whenever you click anything my users hate HCaptcha witch is why its right for me because i hate my users

I no longer visit sites that require hCaptcha.
I'm not a bot, and if those sites think I'm a bot, that's their problem, not mine.

It keeps telling me I am not human lol.

This this the most annoying captcha in the entire internet. It's so hard to solve, the image is too blurry and similar, and you have to submit the 100% accurate answer to pass. I don't even know why some website owner still use this kind of captcha, it's literally can lower their "real human" traffic.

"draw a tight box around the ___ in this image" HOW ABOUT YOU GO KYS.

If you ever plan to use this captcha system, dont do it!
The Captcha Pictures are Computer generated and look weird and often times dont make sense. This makes the images hard to recognize and if you have everything right, it just tells you "Try again".

Use it on your website only if you want to make the user experience worse!

Absolutely terrible captchas

I have tried solving 10 captchas and none of them worked for me. The captchas changed images every 2-3 times but even then they are still unsolvable for me. Google captcha still better.

hCaptcha is preventing me from completing my $600 order on eBay. Since yesterday I have tried Firefox, Chrome and Edge, both in private sessions and out. Right now, Edge inPrivate is repeatedly presenting hcaptcha puzzles. After correctly solving them, I get the green tick, a pause for some minutes, then a new puzzle. This is getting very frustrating. hcaptcha is costing me money, as I will have to buy on Walmart.com for much more.

Just. Terrible. Awful.

1. $99 per month?? Horribly overpriced.
2. What? You don't let me pass if I done it correctly, but let me pass if I did it wrong? What even is this logic?
3. You are just telling me to do a Captcha Multiple times even though I solved it on Discord? Fix your callback.
4. What? Captcha don't load on click? Speed is horrible.

Just close and shut down your stupid business, you are just a piece of garbage and doing it for stupid money that is SCAMMING.

HCaptcha relies almost exclusively on visual acuity as a way of determining humanity as opposed to a bot. Which is great for those with 20 20 vision, less so for anyone with less than perfect eyesight. Discord has adopted HCaptcha and as such, locked me and many other visually impaired users out of it. I've also been locked out of protonmail in the past. It does have an accessibility cookie alternative, which doesn't always work, the endpoint it calls just returns a 401 response when you try to get one of those cookies, with no explanation as to why and a plea to contact their support email address. Don't bother doing this though, as their support team don't dame to respond to anyone, which is the reason I'm giving these guys a solid 1. I would have gone 0, but the score doesn't go any lower. Please, website admins, please please please don't use this captcha software.

This is terrible anti-bot software. It's long, tedious, inaccurate, and filters out just as many humans as actual bots. The instructions are ridiculous and far too complicated for what should be a simple task. I usually leave websites upon noticing they use hCaptcha. I've been meaning to write this review for years but am only finally getting around to it.

A complete nonsense! AI generate images that are completely inaccurate and frustrating so spend tons of time to fight with it! Total garbage!
