Update : Darren has not provided any details regarding his order and has not replied to our email. We therefore cannot verify his purchase.

Hi Darren, could you please contact us to discuss this. Whenever there are issues with the hay we are always happy to replace or refund, if you just reach out to us. We haven’t had any other complaints about lice and we use the hay ourselves and never encountered any. We haven’t been able to find your order on our system so please contact us with your order number and details.

I really appreciate how easy your team made the refund process and keeping me updated about it. Everything was sorted promptly. 10/10 would recommend
