Yet again Emily worked her magic and found exactly what I was hoping for . She is fantastic and I wouldn't go anywhere else to find my dream trips .

We went on line to book tickets to Australia and was bombarded with all sorts of info that just didn’t make sense to me so we went to Hays in Stowmarket, Tom warmly greeted us and sat us down, within 45 minutes we had the best prices, chose our seats for the 4 flights on the days we wanted and he sorted our travel insurance. all round a fantastic experience. Tom was very professional and answered all of our questions, will definitely use Hays Travel again.

Staff were knowledgeable and guided us through the process well. However, by the end I felt a little pressured as it was too much information all at once. It would be good to just book the holiday and then when the balance is due, add any extras.

We wanted to book a short notice holiday and this was done in a friendly and efficient manner.

Our visit to Hayes in Stowmarket was a lovely experience. A warm welcome, as always. Emily took us through many options for our forthcoming trip to Iceland. We were not rushed and very pleased with all of our options booked. Emily is a lovely lady and would recommend Hayes.

We had seen an advert by them for a holiday on Facebook to Malta .
Within an hour she had explained the holiday to us and we booked straight away .
