Excellent experience at hays Travel with Sam. She took us through all the options in great detail and spent alot of time making sure we were happy with the hotels chosen.

I have not used a Travel agents for many years, but on recommendation I thought I would give Hays a go. The agents were busy which is always a good sign, we sat with Holly who could not have been more helpful our holiday was long haul and we had many questions which she answered except one where upon she did not hesitate to ring Titan direct therefore answering our query straight away. I felt confident and after receiving a detailed quote by email by the time I got home I was impressed. The next day we went in and booked our holiday, Holly printed off our  booking and we were done.  I have since received more emails with extra information which was great. My experience was the agents are very professional, know there trade, and the customer service first class. I am sure this will not be my last booking with them.

Can’t praise Hays Travel enough. Matched the EasyJet price, put in place my special assistance, booked our seats, and gave us all the necessary documentation. I have peace of mind knowing they will check us in and run off boarding Passes without the worry of me not doing something right!! Very friendly, efficient and professional. Thank you Donna, it was a pleasure for you to handle our holiday booking. Wouldn’t consider going any where else.

It was Painless, she is so helpful, we just did the whole deal over the phone. She always goes the extra mile and even checks us in. Fantastic service.
