The wrong dates were used by the travel…
The wrong dates were used by the travel agent when she was booking our hotel. By doing this we lost the opportunity to stay in our first choice area to view a total solar eclipse as when I contacted Hay’s to inform her of the error there were no hotel rooms available. Very disappointing.

What Katie D did next!
Having booked with Hays before and received service over and above their excellent standard my wife and I decided to call in whilst in Plymouth. We were undecided about where to go but had narrowed it down to, Croatia, Montenegro or Minorca!
To our delight ‘Katie D’ was there to help. And help she did. We gave her the basis of what we were looking for from any of these destinations. Nothing was too much trouble. Time passed because we are fussy but Katie D with professional, friendly service eventually found just what we were looking for. So helpful and a delight to deal with. We certainly recommend Hays Plymouth!
