I VISITED THE HAYS TRAVEL ON WEDNESDAY 8 APRIL IN PETERSFIELD, HAMPSHIRE WITH A FRIEND OF MINE, AND WE ARE BOTH OVER 85 YEARS OLD.
THE PERSON WE MET WAS VERY FRIENDLY IN DEALING WITH OUR INITIAL REQUEST OF FINDING SOMEWHERE NICE TO GO IN SEPTEMBER 2026. WE PUT SOME SUGGESTIONS FORWARD AND AGREED ON A SPECIFIC DESTINATION. HOTELS, FLIGHTS AND UPGRADES WERE DISCUSSED AND AGREED AND DEPOSITS FOR THE HOLIDAY CONFIRMED,
I WOULD LIKE TO THANK HAYS TRAVEL REPRESENTATIVE FOR THE TIME AND INFORMATION WE OBTAINED DURING OUR VISIT WHICH WAS MOST USEFUL IN MAKING OUR DECISION. THANK YOU

Very helpful and went the extra mile to find the cabin that I would like.
Sorted insurance for me.
Made me welcome and offered help with tours when I have decided which ones I would like to do.
Told me other help Hays can do if I need it.

Thank you for helping create such a special surprise for my grandson’s 13th birthday.

I’ve been with Hays travel many, many,years. And always had good service. I was making a booking to visit my brother who is extremely poorly. The Young assistant, in Petersfield was slow and inexperienced, frustrating as I only have 2 hours before courtesy bus returns on Fridays. Plus, I was not given a receipt for my trip including return flights and hotel accommodation for 2 adults for 2 week stay. Neither have I received a receipt via the post. Sincerely V.J.Niles

Our chosen hotel was 5 star and booking this within an EasyJet package was helpful and efficient. Soon after arrival we decided to stay another week. We negotiated this diret with the hotel company but did ask Hays to book us a new flight which was successfully effected..
NB I recall the days when Travel Agents were fully independent.

We came back to Hays in Petersfield after a wonderful visit to Florence last year. The hotel was perfectly located, with a lovely roof terrace exactly as described. The transport to and from the hotel was punctual and the drivers and cars excellent. We have now booked another two trips with Hays and again experienced the care and attention with which our choices were guided and bookings made. Thank you
