Hays Travel - Perth Reviews 

This is the first time I have used Hays Travel and was assisted by a young lady called Laura. She went above and beyond to help me book my holiday. It was a successful trip and enjoyable too. Highly recommend Hays.

Customer service is just first class.

Jackie was really excellent and made booking our short holiday to Jersey so easy.

Truly excellent as always. The staff know us so well from many years of repeat business and are most friendly, helpful and patient in checking out all options for the customer. A real pleasure to deal with on all levels.

Whether on the 'phone, in store or by e-mail we always get treated very well.
Janet, in particular this time, was absolutely first class. She does all the thinking for us and works with us to deliver a happy holiday experience.

Jackie gave excellent service in store as we were looking to book our first cruise. She provided comparisons between different available packages and didn’t pressure us to make a decision. Also told us about extras we can organise further down the line as we have booked so far in advance. Always a pleasure dealing with the girls in Perth, even had a coffee and cookie while booking!

As usual, I asked Jackie to provide some options for a possible October holiday. I'm quite specific about my requirements:adults only, five star service, food that merits rave reviews and a fabulous room! This time my holiday mate had suggested a budget even I thought crazily low. I expected Jackie to say no dice. She, however, came back with several options and I booked the first one immediately as it met the brief. So happy to be dealing with such an amazing travel agent.
