I went into your Oldham Branch and a beautiful lady helped me out called Lisa, I’ve never booked a holiday before and I’m going to lanzarote on my own to surprise a family member for her Birthday, she found an amazing hotel that wasn’t to far and ran through all I had to do at Manchester Airport to when I arrive in lanzarote, I will definitely be going back to see her if I go away again.

Excellent service. Booked 2 holidays for this year up to yet and booked 3 last year all holidays last year were perfect and the management and staff at the Oldham store are amazing I wouldn't book with anyone else :-)

We knew the resort we wanted to go
We knew the resort we wanted to go. This is our main holiday, so finding the right accommodation is very important. Hayes travel were excellent and found us some options. We chose self catering apartment. Flight times were booked as requested 🙌. Transfers were booked all within the hour. Very very happy with the attention taken to detail.

Lou was so patient & friendly. He went out of his way to help. I was trying to make the booking for 7 people with different needs but he sorted it all out. Also the other staff were all equally helpful. Thank you so much.
