This is the third holiday I have booked with my friend. Each assistant always seem to know what type of holiday we are looking for and I’m sure this next one will not disappoint. The staff are always helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly and it’s a bonus when they have been to the hotel and destination.

The staff are supportive to everyone with different needs. The booking process was 100% spot on. No stress of checking in everything is done for you in the Hays Travel & printed out (transfers, check-in, hotel vouchers, etc).

Staff are very helpful and took their time to find a nice place within my budget
I came into store yesterday and Emma was very helpful when looking for a last minute getaway with 4/5 different options she was very knowledgeable on different countrys and she took her time to find out the transfer times.
When i called back to book Megan did this with me over the phone.
The following day I needed to book seats together as my partner is scared to fly and lisa helped sort this over the phone and was done promptly.
Thank you ladies you were all very helpful.
