Couldn’t get the hotel we wanted as we would have to go direct to on the beach Harry was brilliant found us a hotel within our price range which was better than the original hotel we wanted Harry was so helpful polite and professional all questions were answered without hesitation we had a really good experience

Customer Service
I went to your Bromsgrove branch and dealt with Debbie, I gave her our holiday requirements for New York and came out of the branch after 45 mins not too happy as she couldn’t find us a deal. The next day I went to your Northfield branch and spoke to Paige, she went out of her way to find us a good deal for New York. The customer service was much better and more positive. Paige ended up getting us a good deal and we are now booked for NYC in 2027. Thanks again Paige.

Megan provided s fantastic service
Megan found me a direct flight from and back to Birmingham. She down loaded the airlines app and got my ticket and boarding pass for me and made sure itt was in my Apple wallet before I left.

Fantastic first class service
For the moment we arrived we were treated as valued customers.
