We have booked a few holidays with Hayes at the North Shields branch and they are always so approachable and helpful, especially Rachel.
She is fantastic and always shows interest and tries her best to find the most suitable holiday match for our needs.
I travel with my mother who is elderly,so there are always other things to consider when booking a hotel or holiday resort.
Rachel takes such care in refining her search for us and it feels like it’s a tailored made holiday every time we go.
We always have fun during the decision making and she is so good with my mam! We always look forward to seeing her.

I always go to Rachel at hays travel north shields. She knows exactly the high standard of holiday & the little extra bits that i need and were i want to go. Rachel is always happy, polite & always makes you feel like she cares. Rachel always remembers my family i go on holiday with too and takes the time to find the exact right holiday for us

Staff were wonderfully and went out of their way to get what I requested as nearest as the information in the window displayed. Answered all questions without misleading and were very greatful for the business that I brought to them. Will defently do business with them again.

Lots of requirments didn't lead to anything other than finding the right trip.
