Joanne was extremely helpful and really took the time to understand what we were looking for and searched for the best deal for us, especially flight times, as it was a short break and my daughter needed to be back to collect the children. Joanne was brilliant and found us a nice hotel, great flights, and kept us close to our budget. She was lovely and searched for the best options as if she was planning for her own family.

First class service and attention to detail from Vickie, prior to us leaving the shop she checked all the paperwork thoroughly and found that the booking agent had made an error,she then got straight onto the chat line and sorted it out there and then taking away any problems from us on our arrival, perfect
