From start to finish the whole process of booking our first holiday for a good number of years was outstanding. Lilly was friendly, pleasant, understanding and very easy to communicate with. Thank you Lilly.

Easy and fast responses from staff. Id messaged Ellie late Sunday afternoon regarding the pricing of a holiday but the shop was due for closing. Ellie had responded early the next day with all the information that I had requested.

We went in to book a holiday in the Sun and Paige was very helpful because she found the Hotel we wanted in Hurghada in Egypt so we booked, we paid and phoned back the next day with the room Number we had previously in 2019 so all is done

Paige did it again, found me a great holiday that matched all of the criteria I gave her.

So far I have only dealt with the booking, however the lady that was dealing with my enquiry ( name unknown), was efficient, friendly, and consistently timely with her responses.

Ellie is an absolute star. She has helped us look at multiple different options for holidays. It was a much more relaxed experience than trying to work around all the different options. Will absolutely go back to book our next holiday.

We had a big problem (for us )with our transport to our cruise. It was handled quickly and kindly by Dawn. Dawn sorted us out with a transfer of dates and whilst there we booked another cruise. We are so thankfull to Dawn and the team at Hays Leigh

Booked our holiday through Hays Travel and the whole experience was really quick and easy from start to finish. Lilly was really helpful, asked all the right questions and helped us find the right holiday for what we wanted.

Nothing felt pushy or complicated, everything was explained properly and the booking process was made really straightforward. Prices were good too.

Overall just a really easy, stress-free experience and great customer service from Lilly. Would definitely use again.

Page worked with us to put together an itinerary for a New Zealand cruise. This took several attempts as we didn't know what we wanted or how much it would cost. Thanks to her patience we got there in the end.

Paige the travel agent was friendly, helpful and patient leading us through all the challenges of our travel plans right up to 5 o’clock when the shop closed but she didn’t show any sign of winding up our visit.
