We have been to Hayes travel before and had good service last time. We saw Laura who I believe saw us the last time. We were seen straight away . Laura was very helpful and helped us narrow our search as we weren't sure where we wanted to go .we were able to decide on the day and book our lovely holiday to Turkey.

I spoke to Kes, a young man in the St Thomas branch, who was so kind, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I only wanted a one day return flight, but Kes was aware of my anxiety, as an elderly person, of booking this, printing documents etc, and I really appreciated his calm, interpersonal skills which helped me resolve the journey.
