Found our holiday on line, went into Hayes with the details and lovely lady booked it all for us, even printing boarding passes etc.

Excellent service friendly perfessional

We contacted Hays Travel through a Facebook advertisement, we asked for a quote for a Fjords cruise, Laura contacted us and asked a few questions and came back to us with a quote.
We rang a couple of days later and discussed this further with Laura and then went ahead and booked.

Kelly helped us book our holiday she has a lot of expertise she talked us through everything we wanted to know and answered every question many thanks Kelly highly recommend

Great service from Hays Team. This was my first time booking a holiday and they made it very easy,no fuss,no stress.

Extremely helpful Theresa, helped us to sort out 2 holidays in one and a half hours- would have taken us a lifetime doing it ourselves on the internet!!!

Staff were very professional, friendly and inviting. Gave clear explanations of our options and pricing with no pressure applied as to which one we chose. Followed up with a phone call on the same day explaining next steps.

Our whole experience with Hays, Exeter, was fantastic. Esme was fantastic, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, and her colleague Teresa was amazing too. From service, to customer care, to the booking process, everything was handled incredibly well. Thank you for helping us get our family holiday sorted!

We really enjoy the personal service we experience,every time we book our holidays at the St Thomas branch. Laura and all her colleagues are very welcoming.
