We visited the Hays shop in Cramlington knowing exactly where we wanted to go and the hotel and got it. Staff very pleasant and helpful got us the best deal possible.

The staff were very helpful as we knew specifically where we wanted to stay and the dates we wanted to go. They even helped us get a discount on our trip which we were not expecting.

ANOTHER 5 Star from me, and another fun adventure booked through the amazing hays travel Cramlington. I booked it with Bridget who did her utmost best to ensure I got the best deal as well as location was good for me :) I absolutely love nothing more than going into this friendly lovely branch I book ALL my trips through Bridget if you don’t already get one booked she’ll go above & beyond for you to ensure all needs are met.

Faye, the counter operative was very informative and wasn't pushing for us to make a hurried decision. She took us through the various destinations to enable us to come to the choice we wanted. She then started the booking process and completed everything while we were there. She offered us holiday insurance which we declined and purchased our own elsewhere.

This is our second time booking with yous, and I can't fault your staff at all, they are so very knowledgeable and very helpful in choosing our holiday.
The service is excellent form booking our holiday, printing boarding passes & vouchers off and not forgetting changing our money and getting the exchange rate 👍
We will be booking through Hayes travel in the future .
I would like to especially say a big thank you to Bridget from the Crammlinton branch who booked our holidays.
