Going on a walking holiday to Malta and Gozo
Initial visit with Chloe , very informative, friendly and non pushy, got us convinced a Hays holiday would work for us. It didn’t ultimately make for a problem but the info stored that day couldn’t be accessed by the Christchurch branch as the Agent was filling in from another branch.
Laura was super helpful, a great people person and endeavoured to meet our holiday brief.
Live pricing meant that the quote had changed by the following day ( increase)
which was something I had not experienced before so it’s good to be in the position to book immediately but for us that wasn’t possible.
Looking forward to our walking holiday to Malta and Gozo in April, and bonus of using local airport.

Rail Trip to France
I booked a rail trip to France, including two hotel bookings. It was more complicated than I’d expected, but Lauren and Megan were wonderful sorting everything out for me, even though I had to change the date due to unforeseen circumstances.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Denise, at the Christchurch branch, was extremely helpful and efficient when dealing with Saga on our behalf as a result of our totally unavoidable and unexpected cancellation of a Saga cruise. Not only did she make it as painless as possible for us but she then facilitated the booking of a replacement cruise as seamlessly as possible.
