We felt very comfortable and at ease when we booked our holiday with hays travel. Your agents were so friendly I think the young lady was Ruby, she was so helpful and sorted our holiday in no time at all. Ruby even sorted out our insurance too which was a great help and a good price too. Also the young man who put the app on our phone was so very helpful too. I would definitely come back again to book another holiday in the future and also recommend Hays Travel to our family and friends. Thank you once again

We were kept waiting for someone to become available even though there was no other customer's in the store at the time and plenty of staff working. The young lady who booked our holiday was lovely and very helpful.

Excellent service from the Chester branch...friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The booking process was swift and the price for our 7 day Norwegian cruise package was excellent value. All travel documents are available on the Hayes app so easily to hand should you need them. We will definitely book again in the future.

We had a holiday for 2027 to Turkey in mind. We visited thr Chester Store and chatted to Semani (Turkish lady). She was excellent, efficient and friendly. She price matched the holiday with the Jet2 website. She also gave us support inf eg printing documents nearer the time. We chose Hays because we could pay a deposit and pay the balance later. An excellent experience!
