The trip that was arranged via Hays travel was flawless from start to finish. My holiday needs were quite niche, and Helen made sure our holiday was perfect for us, searching to meet our criteria, giving multiple options of locations. Booking with Hays takes all the worry away. From arriving at Bristol airport, everything went smoothly. Jet 2 were amazing. The transfer was waiting for us at Ibiza airport and on arrival at our chosen destination we were delighted. The Leonardo suites were exactly what we’d asked for. The return home was also seamless. I feel like we have had a proper worry free rest! Definitely booking with Hays again. Thankyou!

Cruise booking
I usually book direct with P&O, but thought I would try using Hays as they come highly recommended, to see if there was any benefit of using a travel agent.
Super helpful when booking, but disappointed to not have any communication following payment of balance and prior to, or following my cruise.

We do contact all customers three weeks prior to travel in order to remind them about the check in process and you should also be receiving emails directly from P&O in relation to your cruise. Can I kindly ask you to ring the store if you have not received anything and we can look into this for you.

Just realized 2 weeks before my first…
Just realized 2 weeks before my first ever cruise that we haven’t got a balcony room like we were expecting. They call it an outside sea view room when in reality it’s just got a window and not a balcony at all.
They quoted us for the balcony and now there saying that because the cruise is less than 2 weeks they can’t help us, although they said there are still balcony rooms for sale.
Read the paper work word for word before it’s too late like it is for us. I would have expected some help considering the reviews on here but maybe the just publish the good reviews.

First of all I would like to apologise that you are disappointed with the service provided in store.
I have looked into this again for you this morning and can see that you have always had a Sea View cabin booked. I can only apologise if the cabin terminology is not clear enough however a cabin with a window is either called an outside or a sea view with every cruise operator. We always advise customers to check their booking confirmation and can see this was sent to you at time of booking and there is no mention of a balcony cabin on this. Had this issue been raised with us sooner we could have looked to rectify it however we are now too close to departure,
