What made this easy was the understanding of the holiday we wanted, the response time but also there was no pressure. We have used Hays broughty ferry a few times now and the staff are not only fantastic but you still get a community feel. Having used Hay’s the last few years, it was a no-brainer to return for prices for another river cruise, with Avalon, a 5 star company, whom we travelled with recently for our first ever river cruise. We were attended to very efficiently by Ellena, who was extremely pleasant, and for whom nothing was too much trouble. She tried every option we asked for until we got exactly what we were looking for. No hesitation in booking for 2027!! Thanks again, Hay’s, and Ellena.
