The lady who helped me at Bexleyheath was Maxine and she could not have done any more than she did to get my holiday sorted - Excellent service.

Sophie always provides outstanding customer service. Talked us through all the points and booking process in detail and ensured our cruise ,parking and excursions where all sorted .

We like to support local businesses' and Hays is on our doorstep. It is also good to speak to a person face to face so that you can clarify any queries/questions. Service has always been good and you can normally find the holiday you want within your budget.

I had cancelled a holiday and needed to start again. I went into the store at Bexleyheath with a couple of options in mind. The member of staff that I spoke with was very patient and brought up a lot more options for me that I hadn't known about. She also said they would deal with checking in for me, which not being very good with on line procedures was a bonus.

Franqui was very helpful and made booking my holiday so easy.

The representative listened to our requirements and found us (we hope!) a holiday which exactly fitted what we wanted.

Sophia from Hayes Travel, provide the expertise and knowledge to guide us through picking our holiday destination. We had been unsure which of two destinations which would suit our budget in terms of good hotel, facilities available in hotel, food and location and only 30/40 minutes transfer from airport to hotel. We came away extremely happy with brilliant hotel and destination and all within our budget, well done Sophia

The person who assisted me to choose a location and hotel took notice of what l asked for times of flights and dates l want
It’s the first time lve done a Europe holiday in quite a long time
