I came to the branch as I found out the holiday booked on Saturday was cheaper online with tui .
Once I informed the manager of this she just asked to see the photo showing the screenshot and with no issue amended our booking straight away.
As always the manager was easy to speak to and professional throughout being very thorough.
Our adult son has special needs and the staff are always very understanding of his needs.

We were extremely impressed with the high standard of service we received Today from Dennis at the Bexleyheath branch. He was patient and helpful. We had a lot of questions and needed a lot of help to find the best holiday. He listened and got us a great deal on an amazing holiday. We can't thank him enough for taking the pressure off us and making the booking so easy.

My booking for my holiday in Crete at the Bexleyheath branch was a pleasant experience. Helena went through all the booking process with me including explaining all aspects of the airport assistance requirements for my friend. I would not hesitate to use Hays Travel in the future.

It was great book with hays we use hays every year, and every time it is great, they have lots of time to help you find the best holiday with the best deal, nothing is to problematic and try and find exactly what you want for all people travelling.

I've been using Katrina for many years, and I wouldn't book with anyone else. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her, and she always takes the time to answer all of my questions, no matter how big or small.

Katrina is friendly, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to make the whole booking process easy and stress-free. Her customer service is outstanding, and I always feel confident knowing everything is taken care of.
