We decided to cancel our Maldives…
We decided to cancel our Maldives holiday with another company due to our concerns with a stop over in dubai, from the moment we walked through the door we was met with a amazing greeting and big smile. We had some ideas of where we wanted to go and not one lovely agent, but 3 agents were calling around and searching for the best possible experience for us. Sue was a legend, as were they all. We walked in strangers, and left as friends. Thank you so much team, we should have come to you first, and in future, I will be coming into shop. I wanted to walk past the Tui shop and do the Julia Roberts from pretty woman and say " big mistake" as they didn't even acknowledge us even after waiting 10 minutes. Well done hayes! X

Great service at Hays Travel
A group of six wanted to go on a river cruise to celebrate wedding anniversary and birthdays. We met Mo in the Basildon branch, she was really knowledgeable and spoke to Riviera travel about all we needed to know. We got the trip at the price we wanted with a discount. Overall extremely pleased.
