The lady that looked after me Sam, was extremely helpful in booking our holiday. Very patient as I have not been abroad for four years and things have changed considerably. Explained everything. Plus she came across as very caring that we have a good holiday

The young lady that dealt with us was very helpful and efficient, her name was Rosie . She answered all our questions with a pleasant manner and made the process easy.

We went in to book up a cruise and were called over to a desk immediately. Rosie booked it all up for us and was very efficient and extremely helpful. I will definitely book up here again, very satisfied.

The young woman who served was very friendly and helpful, however, I felt she didnt give me a chance to look at the screen that she was searching. I wanted to read about the holidays and choose between two.
