Quality of the caps I ordered are good. Only setback was the waiting time for the delivery was delayed apparently due to customs check. Customer service via email is fast and efficient too.

I bought an LA dodger hat
I bought an LA dodger hat. Before purchased, i emailed them to ask if they were original or replicas. I was told they were originals... FALSE! My fiance received the hat and the size is off, my fiance has a size 7 1/8 original, and i bought this hat size 7 1/8 and it is larger. The MLB logo on the back is fake, looks disfigured. The 'LA' looks weird. I was embarrassed i gifted my fiance, replica merchandise. Worst thing is I paid about the same price as an original would be. Will not buy from this site again.

We're very sorry for the delay. However, your order is still within the ETA featured/mentioned in the checkout menu and order confirmation. It's 3-8 days to the US, the majority of them do generally speaking get there within the 3-8 business days, but a large portion appears to really need the additional week and in some cases even longer to finally make it to the customer which is also what is stated in the check-out menu and in your order confirmation. We do however hope it gets there soon! :)

Overall customer service and buying the hat was easy and got here on time . Few issues with the hat was stitching come out on the inside liner and the letters on the team name has some minor stitching issues but Overall not a bad company

I ordered a Red bull F1 Racing hat as it was less money that ordering it from F1. I was concerned about the quality but the hat is great. Top quality. I’m in Miami Florida so it took a bit longer to get it. Their customer service was great in giving me the status of my delivery. I would 100% recommend the Hat Store!
