I’m a new client, I’ve made my first purchase for a panama, received the shipment, sooner than promised, it wasn’t exactly the hat I’ve ordered, got on the phone with customer support, Barbara explained it’s an error on the supplier side and did a full refund immediately.
Errors happen, instead of disappointment, customer service turn it to customer loyalty, and trust in the brand.
I’ll be ordering again very soon with confidence.

Crazy expensive return shipping
Ordered a hat that was big for my head. Getting it returned was a hustle. Their return address is in Europe, so shipping back was the same price as keeping the hat.
Don’t recommend this service.
