I ordered two bras for $60. The fit is horrible. I requested info on how to return and was advised by customer service that it is too much trouble and they would give me a $5 refund. I said this was not acceptable and they offered me $7. This company should be ashamed of their practices.

I can't say enough about my shopping experiences with Hatmeo. Nice quality, low prices, and great communication. I had some sizing issues and not only did they send out new items, but they let me keep the original order. Who does that? Their response time is quick when you email them. I highly recommend them for a great shopping experience!

I ordered one of their satisfaction guaranteed bras. I was very dissatisfied with the quality and lack of support. I contacted their customer service department to start a return. The bra was $29.98 plus $9.99 to ship. They are offering me $4 to keep the bra (which I don’t feel the bra is worth). They are telling me that I have to pay shipping overseas (when the return address says New York). I WOULD NOT WASTE MY MONEY ON THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE OR DO BUSINESS WITH THIS UNETHICAL COMPANY!!!

RUN THE OTHER WAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN. I cannot believe that Amazon supports this company on their platform. Their bras do not fit and are cheaply put together. I was actually going to return the bras, but the lies and misinformation from the company made me angry. A zip code/postal code that does not exist for DHL is provided as part of the shipping address. Don't waste your money.

The bras came, but provided no support whatsoever. My breasts were falling out as I walked. I should have known better not to order them without checking if the company is for real. I would have given 0 or negative stars for these. Never again!

The way Customer Service took care of my concern with my return to sender order. They informed me of the reason it was returned and sent me all the information I needed to complete in order to have my order resend to me. Thank you. Will be waiting on my order.

The material is nice and feel comfortable. It's wireless and that's what I like. But make sure you order the right size according to the size chart in order to fit well. Customer service team is quick to respond.

I was so looking forward to ordering what sounded to me, to be a wonderful new bra, only to do my research and now understanding the issues.

No customer service number, a litany of disgruntled customers, having to fight for their refund and knowing this comes from China. A HUGE not thank you!!!!

This company is a total ripoff. The bra was sized wrong and they want money to send it back and not a full credit. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Don't be fooled by the adds. They most lilley used small breasted women or women within implants.

I purchased two Hatmeo bras, and they had good reviews, when I tried them on there is no support whatsoever!! they are just awful. I even tried to give them away and two friends, they tried them on, and there breast just fell out and the bra slipped up to their necks. I tried to return the bras I spent $40 on them. and they would only give me $8 back they started at $4 then at $5 I argued with the company, they finally gave me back $8 and a credit but I have to spend $60 to use the credit.

I am guilty of not researching this company before I made my order. The orthopedic bras that I ordered were not sized correctly, had no way to adjust, and were poorly made. My attempts to contact customer service in order to return the items were met with either an offer to refund me $5.00 on a $60.00 purchase or I could select another item from their line and pay additional $20 shipping. Buyer beware of this Chinese company!

I’m very satisfied with the item I bought! Delivery was quick with no problems with packaging/boxing was great. The customer service was also amazing for me. They responded fast and worked out a solution for an exchange (size). I will buy from them again I’m sure!

This bra does not support me and is difficult to put on.
I cannot get a refund, they want me to send the bra back to China at my expense and when it is received in pristine condition they will charge me an addition $9.99 for the privilege. Beware!!!

The 2X warming bra is very comfortable and a welcome addition to my winter wardrobe.
I also bought the recommended 3X size, but was too big and loose. Hatmeo customer service was so accommodating concerning this issue and I was able to get a replacement for the item with only a small shipping charge. Thank you, Hatmeo.

Trying to Return 2 bras that sizing was falsely advertised.
Have requested return labels, but they do not provide.
Return postage to China costs as much as the items.

I am a returning customer having made 3 orders now . And that’s because these are the very best bras I have ever bought. They are sheer comfort just like a second skin to wear. There’s nothing to stick into you or squeeze and pinch you . The fabric is soft but provides a lovely body shape. I am so happy that I’ve recommended to my friends .

Bras fit well, easy to put on. I've had both shoulders replaced and it's not easy putting on a bra. Customer service is excellent...nice people to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

I have not bought anything from Hotmeo but I've had my share of dishonest or SCAM companies and I won't fall for the cheating despicable cons again if I can help it. I check everything I can before I enter any of my information. I get a feeling so I go to a site that has bad reviews. And 1 thing to notice is they don't give a phone number or an address. Then here's 1 I've never heard, they charge you $2,99 to get a refund you won't get. Read all negative reviews. You'll find all you need there. DON'T GIVE YOUR INFO. DO NOT BUY. YOU WILL REGRET IT.
