Perfect Valentines Weekend

The apartment was great, tastefully decorated and extremely well equipped. Short walk in to town was ideal. Plenty of nice shops, bars and restaurants. Cheap train travel in to York. Only downside was traffic noise at night in bedrooms.

Good location for the HIC

Comfortable beds
Paintwork and fixtures could do with a touch-up here and there
Were unable to open windows so very stuffy - but warm!
Good internet access
Good shower

Great apartment in an ideal location

I required an apartment to accommodate myself and family whilst attending a recent 3 day conference at the International Centre in Harrogate.
The Orchid suite on Cheltenham Mount was ideal as we stayed on an extra day in Harrogate to see the sights.

The Orchid Suite housed 2 adults and 2 children in a perfectly appointed 2 bedroom apartment with all the trimmings (fully equipped kitchen, work station, dining bar, fridge/freezer, designated car park, bathroom/shower & a large living room with sky tv). The laundry is a shared facility handily positioned on the middle floor.
The Conference venue and Harrogate town centre are just short walks away

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this suite for business, conference goer or tourists.

Thanks!

Clean, tidy, well appointed and extremely central if a little compact and bijou.

The apartment was very handy being a very short walk from the town centre and also from a large Asda store. It was clean and tidy and well appointed - we did not want for anything domestically either. The space was a little tight, especially the second bedroom that had 3 single beds in it. We were able to park 2 cars in the space provided, which was a huge bonus. All in all I would recon that it makes for a superb holiday base for a family with up to 3 kids who want to do a lot of exploring of the Yorkshire area.

Stylish experience in great location

We've now stayed at the same location in the heart of Harrogate overlooking the Valley Gardens and managed by Harrogate Holidays on three occasions. It is centrally located and the close access of the Gardens is a real bonus - particularly when the sun is out.
The accommodation is exceedingly well equipped and tastefully furnished throughout in a 1930s style. Great if you also wish to entertain while visiting.

Excellent help and support from Transglobe and Harrogate Holidays.

We had booked an apartment through Harrogate Holidays, though unfortunately had to cancel as my wife was ill. When we claimed through our holiday insurance, the support we received from Transglobe Properties, the apartment owners, was first class - efficient and very helpful. We will book again in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

I recommend Harrogate Holidays

Not sure if I'm being asked to review Harrogate Holidays as a company, or the accommodation itself...!
Harrogate Holidays were fine - nice and polite and perfectly efficient.

The accommodation we chose was perfect for us. The only reservation was that the towels did not smell clean - we washed them ourselves, so it wasn't a problem. We would happily stay there again.

We all had a great time!!

We all had a great time at no 3 the turrets Harrogate,it was a lovely house, clean, and it didn't feel like a holiday home at all. The added little extras like the Christmas decorations made it feel like home. I have to say that I wouldn't recommend this house to anyone who couldn't manage the many steps!!! but apart from that all was good, and the view from the roof garden was lovely.

Well placed for Harrogate town centre but disappointing in quality.

The cottage characterful and was generally clean and warm, there was adequate bedding and the facilities were just about adequate. Given the price paid though I was disappointed about some aspects of shabbiness. The dishwasher did not work - it was dirty and smelled and we tried it three times, once with a cleaning product at the cost of £3.99. However the upper spray did not function. The shower and bathroom generally were old and worn with black mould evident around the sealings. The kitchen knives provided were pretty useless as they bent when you tried to cut anything harder than cake. There was no wood provided for the wood burner in the dining room and the stove had not been cleaned out. Given the time of year 'Christmas' it would have been nice if some decorations could have been provided! Luckily we brought our own and made some paper chains.

Fantastic location lovely apartment ideal for what we needed.

The apartment was very close to everything we needed in Harrogate town centre. We did not use any taxis and there was parking for one car included in the price. Inside the rooms were lovely and the apartment was very clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed including a cd and DVD player. Towels and bedding were also provided. We would all definately recommend this to anyone and stay here again for a night or weekend away.

Great accomodation in a central location.

My wife, two friends and I stayed in the Parliament Street C Apartment over New Years Eve. The apartment is very modern and decorated to a high spec. Considering it's over a bar/club, we were not disturbed by any noise. It has a great location so most attractions, bars, restaurants, etc, are all in easy walking distance. We would definitely use this apartment again.

Fantastic location and home from home

Stayed in accommodation while in Harrogate for new year and a wedding. Located in walking distance to all amenities including station and all shops.
Lovely local restaurants.
We were 4 adults and the accommodation was sufficient for our needs. Very well presented with modern and fresh decor. The bathroom was great with bath and separate shower. Occasionally the shower ran cold but that was us getting used to the boiler and heating system. The only slight concern was size of the second bedroom with the double bed. There was limited space for anything other than the bed. There was no room for our suit case but a good wardrobe but we had to spill out into other rooms to have space to change and get ready.
