Poor management
I’ve lived at Dublin Node 07 for seven months. The overall experience is somewhat disappointing.
I will start with the strengths. Everything is almost brand new, being newly built. Aesthetics is very pleasing. They try hard to make it a sociable space. Monthly parties and get-togethers do bring random residents from all over the world together. The gym is also good.
However, the overall management is poor, lacking evidence of care for residents. On the very first day of arrival, no room card was left for me. Despite email confirmation of the arrival date, no one seemed to know anything. This set the scene for remaining months.
The bare minimum staff are pleasant but are often absent. No staff seems to be around as they cover other sites too. Paying over €2000 per month, they can definitely afford to employ more staff and cleaners. One cleaner covers the entire building for a few hours each weekday only. A broken fridge door also took over two months to get fixed.
Above all else, the lack of care towards residents deliveries is disappointing. Very often delivered parcels and letters are lying on the reception desk for all to see and to take. Thanks to the honesty of residents, they have only lost one parcel delivery of mine.
For the above reasons, I am hesitant of recommending Node Dublin 7 to people.
My deposit was never returned
I strongly do not recommend staying at Node Сarabanchel, for the following reasons:
My security deposit was never returned, despite being explicitly assured at check-out that it would be refunded within 30 days.
I was relocated twice, and in each room I encountered new issues. In one, the air conditioner was leaking and part of the ceiling was collapsing; in another, there were problems with the refrigerator, etc. Eventually, I simply gave up and started fixing issues in my room myself.
The staff handle their responsibilities very carelessly. They asked for a copy of my passport and still managed to make mistakes in both my first and last name when preparing the contract.
Every morning around 5 a.m., a fire safety light would turn on in my room and brightly illuminate the entire space. It would not turn off unless I completely cut the electricity to the room. The staff were unable to resolve this issue.
The complex is located quite far from the city center, in a residential area with nothing around except a cemetery and a shopping mall. It takes about 40 minutes to reach the city center.
Technically, there is a kitchen area, but there is no stove or cooktop of any kind.
I tried to book with The Node’s Madrid…
I tried to book with The Node’s Madrid branch, and the experience was extremely disappointing. After they promised me a room, I arranged my flight based on that confirmation. Then, just one day before my arrival, they told me that the colleague I had been speaking with had left, and that they now needed a whole week to accommodate me.
No one took responsibility for the situation, and they stopped replying to my emails. When I followed up several times, I was spoken to rudely and told that “the process takes time,” even though I had been following up for days. The whole issue was clearly due to their internal miscommunication, yet I was the one left without a place to stay.
Overall, the experience was unprofessional, poorly managed, and stressful, especially for someone coming from abroad and relying on their word.
Five stars
Stayed at Node Brixton for 2 years and it was a great experience. Although the flats are a bit on the expensive side they are very stylish, got a lot of storage spaces and a lot of sunlight. Harpreet our Curator was very friendly and loved the community events she oraganised. The management is very responsive with maintenance and repairs. The communal garden and the working space are plus points.
Would highly recommend Node.
Great experience, definitely will repeat!!!
I stayed with Node for 6 months in Madrid for a temporary project in the city, and the experience was amazing. From the pre-arrival to the check-in, to the in-house experience – and the best part was the people I met and the events with them!
Definitely would stay again if I ever need to move to another city where Node operates!!!
I've been renting my flat from Node for…3 years
I've been renting my flat from Node for some time now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The staff is incredibly helpful and always ready to assist if something breaks or if there's an emergency. They respond quickly and make sure everything is taken care of.
The community here is another highlight—it’s a vibrant, friendly group of young people, and the atmosphere is just lovely. It’s easy to connect with flatmates, and it genuinely feels like a supportive community.
The staff goes above and beyond to create a welcoming and comfortable environment. From move-in to maintenance, they’ve been professional, approachable, and genuinely kind.
I highly recommend Node to anyone looking for a great rental experience with an amazing community vibe!
Great experience!
I really liked staying at Node. The apartment was cozy, functional, and beautifully styled, with a big terrace and a great location. The service was great, Eli ensured everything went smoothly and shared useful tips. The space offered a good balance of community and privacy, and the co-working area is very convenient for remote work. I’d recommend it to anyone!
I lived with Node for almost 2 years…
I lived with Node for almost 2 years and its by far the best coliving in Barcelona. For digital nomads its great because they have a coworking for residents. The apartments are modern and minimalistic, the locations are in the best zones of the city, and the community is very open, international and friendly. Definitely recommend it!
From all the Colivings in Barcelona, by far the best !
Node Living Barcelona is great! Especially for new people in Barcelona, the community is lively, the events they organize are great and so are the service at the flats (cleaning, maintenance, etc)
We got very close with so many of our neighbours and people of the community who became very good friends.
All the vibe of the community is amazing, it’s easy to make friends and have fun.
Also for whatever issue you have, they have a dedicated team of handy men ready available to help.
Choosing Node was one of the best decisions we ever made, it completely changed our experience living in Barcelona in a very positive way, I would definitely recommend!!
Gracias por todo equipo de Node! 💙
Great place
It's a bit more expensive than the market but it's worth it. They provide for a service where not only they do fast maintenance, but they also do events and create community.
Good experience at node:

I regret to have come here
My experience with Node Alcobendas was a complete disaster, largely due to the way Ana and her team mistreated me. From the very beginning, they failed to deliver what was promised in the contract, setting the tone for an immensely frustrating and disappointing experience.
While the reception staff is friendly, the administration team on the ground floor, led by ANA, was the exact opposite. They were unhelpful, dismissive, and difficult to deal with, turning an already negative experience into a nightmare. The facilities, though they look modern, are poorly maintained, often unclean, and some equipment doesn’t even function properly. For the premium price they charge, you’d expect far better.
On top of everything, their communication channels are abysmal – the phone number is non-responsive, and the email doesn’t even work. It’s almost impossible to get in touch with them when you need support, which just adds to the frustration. Their rigid, inflexible policies further compound the issues, making every interaction an ordeal.
It’s as if Node Alcobendas is a mirage – promising a lush oasis but delivering only sand and disappointment. Like a locked door without a key, they leave you stranded, reaching out to unresponsive lines and unanswered emails, feeling helpless and unheard. I walked in with hope but left with only regret, feeling like just another faceless transaction in a place that couldn’t care less.
There are much better options in the area that offer a more reliable and fulfilling experience. I wouldn’t recommend Node Alcobendas to anyone looking for a professional space that meets expectations – save yourself the trouble and thank me later.
Amazing experience so far in London
I’ve only been in Node Brixton for a couple of weeks, but I’m really enjoying the community here - many social events (organised by both Node and the residents), friendly neighbours, and easy parcel collection. Special shoutout to our community curator, Harpreet, for creating such a wholesome and welcoming environment to live and work in. As a single woman living here, I feel safe and I know there are several points of contact if there’s any emergencies. Would recommend this place for young professionals / students / couples for sure!
10/10 recommend
Node in Los Angeles has a very responsive management team. They treat their tenants unlike any other complex I’ve lived at. Definitely great living and a great community!
Great spaces for coliving
I have stayed with Node across multiple locations and found the spaces themselves to be excellent only overshadowed by the commitment of the hardworking Node team and staff. Special shoutout to Harpreet in London and Eli and Dani in Barcelona for going out of their way to make things run smoothly for us. We made friends everywhere we went.
Great Place with Awesome Management
Node in Echo Park is really impressive! The design of their spaces is super stylish and modern, but also really comfortable and practical. It feels like they’ve put a lot of thought into making everything work well for the people living there, the attention to the small details is incredible.
The management team is super friendly and always quick to help with any issues or questions. They truly care about making sure things get handled smoothly, whether it’s a repair or something small.
From what I’ve seen and heard, Node also offers places in Europe and New York. I would like to visit Node buildings in other cities and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed, thoughtfully designed home in LA.
Not recommended AT ALL, thank me later.
My experience at Node Alcobendas was completely negative. From the start, they do not deliver what was promised in the contract, which leads to immense frustration and distrust. While the reception staff is friendly, the administration team in the office on the ground floor is the exact opposite: they are unhelpful and difficult to deal with, making the overall experience even worse.
The facilities, though they appear modern, are poorly maintained and not clean. Some of the equipment doesn't work properly, and the overall atmosphere is far from welcoming. For the price you pay, you expect something much better. The lack of flexibility in their policies only adds to the already negative experience.
I wouldn’t recommend Node Alcobendas to anyone looking for a place that delivers on its promises. There are much better options in the area that offer a more reliable and fulfilling experience.
Can’t get ahold of anyone to inquire about living here
Update: Thank you Node for the fast reply. I look forward to hearing from the team.
I haven’t lived here before but really want to, however no one will respond to my inquiries. I’ve filled out the online form a couple of times over the last month and have emailed the customer service address with no reply. Has anyone else had trouble getting in contact with Node to apply for a room?
