Great place with numerous choices for the high end make-up brands. After looking for Sisley counter with foundation in Milton Keynes various shops and Canary Wharf Sisley I finally found it in H beauty MK. Great choice, wonderful and friendly service, highly recommend for everyone.

it was so bad me and my family whet to the food hall and got a few things we paid but we thought the bag was free so as we go to leave the alarms go off and we were treated horribly by the staff they were very sarcastic and it was a very embarrassing experience instantly they took our food that I paid for and gave the receipt to prove but they would not let me buy the bag we have to wait for a gentleman to escort us to pay the for the bag and we were fine with that it was just the way we were treated

I was very disappointed by the system how the restaurants work because we were a group of three people and we wanted to have different kind of meals and had to seat separately. We couldn’t eat together even when we asked, so I ended up ordering a pasta for my partner from the Italian restaurant, and we had two ramen’s in the kinoya Ramen bar. This system definitely needs improvement at this price range.! The Ramen bar food was exceptionally good, but the whole experience was bitter by this disappointing experience. I had to speak at least three staff member who were explaining to me that the cross order only works if the restaurants are OK with that, and they always pointing to some other staff member who is responsible who ended up being not responsible for giving the answer if it’s possible or not so at the end, we spent almost 10 minutes just to figure out if it’s possible or not to eat together, which is ridiculous! The Ramen soup was very good , but the system is amateur for the seating ( at this price level)

After my visit to Brunello cucinelli in Harrods i was very lucky to be helped by Emma .. i was undecided about the jacket at the time but contacted Emma a few weeks later.. not only did she remember me but remembered the size of the jacket that i had tried on.. she then arranged to post it out to me… i was kept informed at every stage! Sooo helpful!! Why would i shop anywhere else!!

I visited H beauty for the first time and it was amazing. Karina was so helpful and helped me exactly as I had hoped. I wanted a brand new routine and she was able to help with what went wrong with my old routine, while also helping me to include some of the previous products I had purchased. She did not push any product and didn't pester me to buy anything as some employees do in other shops. Overall, a great experience and will definitely be visiting again!

Excellent customer service from a delightful young man at Estée Lauder. He answered all my questions about product and was knowledgeable about them all. Nothing was too much trouble and I didn’t feel rushed at any time. My experience of shopping here was excellent, and I was treated with respect as sometimes as woman in her 60s buying makeup can be treated as if they’re not young enough to matter. I’ll definitely come back ther in the future.

Harrods uses DPD to deliver their items. If DPD fails to do so Harrods leaves their customer out of pocket and out of item until DPD concludes their investigation. Days, weeks, months, Harrods couldn't care less.
See their reply below which is exactly what I am talking about: why am I as the customer penalized for issues Harrods have with their delivery partners? Once they accepted the parcel was not delivered (which DPD did immediately), apologize to the customer and sent a replacement ASAP. Then sort it out with your business partners in your own time.
Overall buy in store if you can but be weary of their online service.

I’m disappointed with my experience with Harrods.
I ordered a £100 hamper as a thoughtful gift for my in-laws during a very difficult time for our family, while my husband was undergoing medical treatment. I chose the hamper carefully based on the quality and contents advertised.
Unfortunately, what was delivered was completely different. Instead of the premium hamper I selected, they received a basic cardboard box with only a few items, including loose tea leaves and an Easter-themed selection — something I would never have chosen, particularly as it doesn’t align with our beliefs.
This was clearly an error on Harrods’ part, yet the handling of the complaint has been extremely poor. I had to chase multiple times, was even addressed by the wrong name initially, and was offered compensation that did not reflect the seriousness of the issue.
Despite acknowledging a mistake, Harrods has refused to provide a full refund and insists on a partial goodwill gesture, which I do not feel is acceptable given that the goods supplied were not what was ordered.
Very disappointing experience from a brand that markets itself as premium. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering gifts from Harrods, as customer service does not match the reputation.

Chopped my hair like a Brick.
Absolutely awful experience.
I asked for a simple face-framing haircut and even showed a clear picture where the layers were meant to end at my chin. Unfortunately, that’s not what I got at all.
Instead, my hair was cut far too short—up to my cheeks—which looks nothing like what I requested. It’s so uneven and unexpected that people have actually asked if I cut it myself.
I’m extremely disappointed and honestly regret trusting them with my hair.
