DEBT KILLER
Gonna be honest, never thought I'd bother with such thing. But after 4 years of monthly payments, all by debt is now gone. I paid so much in the 4 years, any debt left over was written off. I now owe nothing and you can too it you get a Trust Deed.
Highley recommend this company to help out as had no issues and they helps me when I needed.

Trust Deed Lifeline
Had managed to find myself in the spiral or never ending debt, with little or no light at the ended of the tunnel because of high interest accounts not getting balances down. Assessed all options and found about Trust Deeds through Harper McDermott. They looked at incomings and outgoings, & managed my debts into 1 affordable monthly payments. When things inevitability came up, as long as i had proof, they allowed me to have a payment holiday & just added it onto my term. I couldn't have managed it without them.

Took my stress away
Yes it affects your credit score for 6 years but really having missed payments on your accounts and never being able to get on top of it all is more damaging, especially to your mental health. That’s me finished paying mine now and receiving the email to say I’m officially debt free has lifted a massive weight from my shoulders.

Thank you for your review.
All creditors are advised of the expected amount they will be paid from a Protected Trust Deed at the start of every case. Creditors will accept or object to a proposal for a Protected Trust Deed, based on the amount they are expected to be paid.
Creditors will also consider other matters when reviewing a proposal for a Protected Trust Deed, such as the level of the Trustee’s fees and expenses, their customer’s affordability, and their customer’s borrowing and payment history.
In general, the minimum expected return for creditors from a Protected Trust Deed is 10p in the £ and, based on the Government’s most recent statistics, the average payment to creditors from all closed Protected Trust Deeds in 2024/25 was 16.3p in the £.
Therefore, a payment of 14p in the £ is lower than average but above the normal minimum requirement.

Shocking and unprofessional behaviour…
Shocking and unprofessional behaviour today on the telephone with this company. When asked for this person's name, a number of times, she refused, then HUNG UP THE PHONE? Absolutely appalling. We couldn't believe it! It beggars belief. You ask for a case number?! Yet when this is given it is not sufficient.
Furthermore a reply sent via email on 21/10/25 to Thomas Fox at Harper McDermot, to this date no response has been given.
Further to your reply your client does live in Scotland. This is a bankruptcy case that you got in touch with the landlord who does live in London. Would you please resend the form to fill out again and I can give you the name and reference number.

Superb handling
Well, where to start.
My journey within the protected trust deed was not smooth sailing, all down to my side of the relationship, Harper McDermott not only stepped in upon my request, but actively handled situations in all I can say to be an exemplary way, my mental health plummeted through unknowns, they helped in a very empathetic manner. Ashleigh and Sean, I owe no money now, but to you both I owe gratitude.
They are a business looking after monies due to creditors, looking after the debtors so that this can be fulfilled is something they do, excellently. If you're thinking of applying for a trust deed with Harper McDermott, they will look after you.
