I feel like my money has been stolen from harper McDermott My credit file has been messed up. I can’t get a straight answer of what’s happening and the biggest creditor won’t remove themselves from my credit file. Told it would be closed and finalised after 6month. Total lie

We have continued to work on this matter on your behalf and are currently awaiting final confirmation from the creditor involved that the necessary updates have been made to your credit file. We have also asked them to explain why this update has been delayed.
While your Trust Deed has been completed successfully, unfortunately creditors and their representatives can sometimes take longer than expected to update their records. However, we appreciate that this delay has caused you inconvenience, and we apologise for the frustration this has caused.
We are pleased that we were able to help you write off a substantial amount of your unaffordable debt, and we will continue to assist you with this matter.
We hope to be able to provide you with a further update very soon.

I have to say that’s starting my trustdeed was the best thing I could of done, with the staff that bent over backwards to help me resolve my debt, to their communication, annual checks to see if I’m managing well, there communication with my debtors, their advice. They have given me peace of mind

At the beginning I was totally stressed…
At the beginning I was totally stressed out but from my first contact with you I was put at ease as everything was explained well about how the Trust Deed would work and how I would manage my debt problems. Unfortunately COVID struck not long into it but again I was put at ease and although it would then take longer to sort out I still felt at ease. The service I received was excellent, well explained and any queries answered promptly and everything went smoothly for me. I am now debt free and able to enjoy life as normal. Although I received such a great service I definitely don't want to be using it again but would recommend it to anyone dealing with debt problems.

DEBT KILLER
Gonna be honest, never thought I'd bother with such thing. But after 4 years of monthly payments, all by debt is now gone. I paid so much in the 4 years, any debt left over was written off. I now owe nothing and you can too it you get a Trust Deed.
Highley recommend this company to help out as had no issues and they helps me when I needed.

Trust Deed Lifeline
Had managed to find myself in the spiral or never ending debt, with little or no light at the ended of the tunnel because of high interest accounts not getting balances down. Assessed all options and found about Trust Deeds through Harper McDermott. They looked at incomings and outgoings, & managed my debts into 1 affordable monthly payments. When things inevitability came up, as long as i had proof, they allowed me to have a payment holiday & just added it onto my term. I couldn't have managed it without them.
