Ordered a SMEG Range cooker here October 2023. Hardy's was the best price anywhere by a significant amount.
They answered my questions via email very quickly and when I needed to speak to someone, the phone was answered every time and also quickly.
Hardy's appeared to value my custom and treated me with courtesy and respect. Delivery was very fast and installation was carried out by 2 men who were friendly and careful of both the range and my property.
When I had a problem with the range, Hardy's sorted it quickly.
This is how business should be conducted. Would not hesitate to buy from them again!

Good product at a good price
Good product at a good price with free delivery! Only downside was that the product (a dishwasher) took 8/9 weeks to arrive rather than the stated 8/10 days originally quoted. I didn't mind this so much but I got no communication from the company during this time. Having said that I'd still use Hardy's again.

SO SORRY, IM AFRAID ITS UPSET ME SO MUCH, IM STILL TRYING TO BALANCE MY WASHING MACHINE SO I CAN USE IT. AT THE MOMENT I HAVE TO GET SOMEONE TO COME AND LEVEL MY KITCHEN FLOOR, WHY, ON DELIVERY, MY SUPPLIER DID NOT
CHECK TO SEE IF THE MACHINE WAS SITTING ON THE CORRECT FLOORING. I AM 86 YEARS OLD, AND NEEDED A LITTLE HELP WITH THIS PROBLEM.

Good Morning Peggy. I apologise that you feel you have been let down by us. On ordering your new washer you had advised us that you had no plumbing in your apartment for a washing machine and you would be getting a plumber to install. You contacted us a few days after the washer was installed and we sent an engineer to check the installation. On checking our engineer found that the washer was installed on a wooden shelf and this was causing the washer to vibrate. He did try to secure this but advised that if the problem continued the washer would need to be positioned on the floor. Unfortunately due to previous workmen leaving a hole in your floor we advised that this would need to be repaired initially and that you should contact your building's maintenance to have this rectified.
We did not charge for sending the engineer and you did not pay us for any installation so I do feel your review is a bit harsh.
