Brilliant support and customer service both in booking and when at our wonderful accommodation in Padstow 10/10

It is so well appointed, the only thing missing was a microwave and we only missed it once in 7 days. The views are beautiful. So close to Padstow town centre we could walk into town.
Lovely and clean. And a small garden too.

I would definitely recommend this holiday cottage

My visit to Teazers in Padstow was lovely as usual. We had the best week ending with Obby Oss day.

It is probably 18 years since we used Harbour Holidays to book Estuary View in Padstow. The accommodation is ideally placed for the town centre and access to the ferry. The addition of the car parking space across the road is brilliant.
The booking process was easy and when I telephoned with a query the lady was very pleasant and helpful.
The accommodation itself was good with one of the best stocked kitchens we have ever had whilst self catering. The equipment was easy to use. Unfortunately the washer did not have a dryer as advertised which is difficult as there is no outdoor space.
The only disappointment was the tv. We live on the coast and know that reception can be disrupted but the Sky box provided is very old and we were unable to watch anything.
We throughly enjoyed our visit and won’t leave it another 18 years before we visit again!

Excellent communication from when we booked, before we arrived and after, very pleased with the cottage and would go again.

A lovley property just a short walk from the Hub of Padstow, full of charm and most welcoming. Could do with a Shower Slip Mat and if you need to have a Shaver Socket take a shaver plug with you, these are the only issues which are really minor. Enjoy your stay if you book.

Little Dinas is a lovely bungalow and the perfect base for a holiday in Padstow. Only 10 minutes walk to the town/harbour. The accommodation is well equipt with all home comforts.

Once again after numerous times at Pengarth we had a brilliant holiday Even booking 4 days prior Pengarth greeted us as home Really enjoyed the hamper and looking forward to your refurbishment as over time the property is tired and in need of a face lift We use HH for our holidays in Trevone with Pengarth St Patrick’s and Bryn Cottage as favourites and been to all 3 this year Special thanks to Aimee for all her prompt responses and attention to detail Back in May to Bryn Cottage To the owners of Pengarth thank you for taking notice and acting positively as you have in the past to comments raised That being the main reason for repeat visits coupled with the location and facilities Pengarth provides

Booking was easy, we have used your company for many years and you have always been kept me up to date with my booking, The home is always clean and the one time we had a slight leak from a window seal you sorted really promptly. We had a lovely surprise gift of Easter treats as we stayed Easter weekend

Stayed at Shifting Sands for a week in March. Great location- short walk into Padstow along the Camel Trail and parking for 2 cars. Very clean and tidy with lots of space for lounging around!
Would highly recommend .

The apartment is lovely but could do with a bit of a makeover . This includes white goods . For example the coffee maker and toaster has been there for ten years and I have never been able to get the coffee maker to work properly.

Boiler not working when we arrived , but was fixed quickly

We stayed at Teazers and which is in the heart of the harbour in Padstow. A superb position and a first class apartment which is so well equipped. This was our 5th visit to this apartment so I think the repeat visits speak for themselves. Harbour Holidays are very easy to book the apartment through and they put an Easter card and Egg in the apartment as we arrived on Easter Saturday which was a lovely touch.

This is a great base to visit so many wonderful places both on the north and south coast and you are spoilt for choice with places to eat lovely quality, local food.

We've been visiting Padstow for 5 yrs and this was our 8th rental and by far our favourite. Fantastic week in Gulland and Harbour Holidays were really helpful. Looking forward to going back soon, location is perfect. We'd our baby with us and the ere was room in the hallway downstairs to leave our pram. Highly recommend!

We stayed at 2The Strand which is a small 2 bed right in the centre of padstow. It’s great for being in the mix and you can watch what is happening before you leave. As usual all beeches nearby were amazing and we had great weather

We have booked with HH for many years and as usual this week they didn’t disappoint. A really slick and efficient service (loved the info app that was sent prior to the holiday); they even phoned to let us know that as the property was already cleaned that we could access it early!
We stayed at 44 Treverbyn Road which was a fantastic property; stylish, very spacious, well equipped and close to the Camel trail with a quick walk into Padstow. My only minor comment would be that although inside 44 Treverbyn was top-notch, it looked a bit tired externally and could do with a spruce up. Other than that it was fab: and we will be going again to that property.

Mary’s Flat in Padstow was lovely and clean, had comfy beds and was in a fabulous location. We sat on the balcony everyday just watching the world go by. We wouldn’t hesitate to book it again in the future. The only thing we missed was curtains in the lounge and bedrooms to help block out the light.

We have been visiting Constantine Bay for about 20 years but have never booked through HH’s before. They were extremely efficient organising the visit, with very good communication. They appear to be small and very personal and always pleasant. It was especially helpful when they called us to-let us know the property was available sooner than expected. The property was exactly as described and having used most of the other agencies, I think HH has proved to be the best.

Stayed at Sundance. Wow what a fabulous cottage. Recently extended with an amazing sunny terrace that gets sun all day. We had breakfast out there and ‘sundowners’ at 6pm. The bedding and mattresses were so comfy. Harbour Holidays were kind, informative and professional. Thank you.

We have been using harbour holidays for 20years now and it’s always been efficient and a 4 star experience. They are all about the customer and very helpful when you need anything . We will be back again this year
