Great Customer Service
I visited Happy Homes in Crosshands looking for a sofa. We were welcomed by Luke who made us feel at home. After trying out a number of sofas, we asked Luke a number of questions regarding three different ones. He was able to answer them with ease. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I eventually decided on a sofa and Luke dealt with the purchase and delivery requirements very efficiently. A few days later I decided to purchase the matching chair. On this visit I was welcomed by Ceri. Again he was knowledgeable and made the purchase very easy. Many thanks to both Luke and Ceri - I will be back due to your customer service

Another great experience at Happy Homes Crosshands. Barri and Ceri were super helpful and no pressure at all - just lovely, helpful staff who clearly love what they do - such a joy to go into a shop & not be swamped by pushy salespeople. DS furniture Cross Hands, great prices, helpful staff and a good range of furniture.
Our visit to DS furniture Cross Hands, a business that is part of Happy Home Furnishers on a rainy Sunday afternoon saw us placing orders for several items of oak furniture.
Rachel the store manager was very knowledgeable and couldn’t be any more helpful than she was, making enquiries on estimated delivery times.
The shop displays are well laid out, with a good and varying range of quality items. Rachel was a pleasure to deal with, none of that stuffy and intrusive pushiness you get in another well known store nearby.
If ever we are looking for more furniture pieces, we will definitely be visiting DS.

Happy Home Furnishers do just that... Make your home happy!
Huge store easily navigated with a massive array of furniture to choose from. Polite, efficient & knowledgeable people there to help you if needed. Otherwise, you are left to look around at your leisure. Delivery was quick(a week) and there is plenty of parking. We were looked after very well by Nathan but all the people working here were helpful too.
I would be surprised if after looking round, you didn't find what you were looking for.

Plenty of choice and great sales team.
Plenty of choice, we bought two leather settees last month and the service was brilliant. Decided to decorate the bedroom and started thinking about a new bed, due to our previous experiences at Happy Homes Cross Hands, we went and had a look, there was no pressure to buy, salespersons asked if we were ok and left us to browse around, we eventually bought a 6 foot bed and mattress, an absolute bargain, and once again the sales team were excellent, Ceri in particular.

Great service
Ceri at the Crosshands branch has sold us two sofas over the years and the service we have received is outstanding. All staff members are great, always helpful with a good understanding of quality and workmanship of products. Reasonably priced - great service all round.

Called in for a look today and ended up leaving with new bed, sofa, chest of draws and table and chairs. Luke in Crosshands store was absolutely amazing, he was friendly, approachable and really good at his job. Rachel was also friendly.

Highly recommend this store for Matresses to furniture
Visited the Crosshands store today as I was looking to purchase a Mattress. Have purchased a number of items over the years from this store. The prices are very competitive and the staff are always helpful so would highly recommend this store. Would not go anywhere else.

The staff at Happy Home Furnishers in Cross Hands are amazing. Such friendly helpful staff who bend over backwards to help. The two men that delivered my items were fab and I can't thank them enough for how kind they were. I fully recommend as the furniture is great value for money too.

Visited today looking for a wardrobe....Came out with wardrobe, matching bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, a 3 seater and a 2 seater sofa......I need a lie down now......lol
Was served by Greg who was a pleasure to deal with. No pushy sales fand listened throughout to exactly what we wanted and couldn't have been treated better. Service like that is very rare nowadays i find so really appreciated it today, Thankyou Hreg. The prices are fantastic, hence coming away with what we did.
