I tried to remove an earlier 1 star review but the review was not showing in my account . I am posting this as my problem with an order was resolved with a replacement.

Great service, easy ordering, prompt delivery, lovely product, recipients delighted with their Christmas candles

I have ordered a Christmas Eve box which looks absolutely nothing like the photo shown on the website. The colour of the wood is completely different and engraving is an awful quality. The text is engraved deeper on the left hand side of the box and fades towards the right. The company stopped responding to my emails which I think is extremely unprofessional as they knew this was a poor, poor quality box sent. I have asked for a replacement but they have refused as the box isn’t damaged, yet it looks nothing like the photo shown on the website. I certainly wouldn’t order a Christmas Eve box from here again and would look into other companies as they don’t even offer to re send a box out when what is sent is not the product advertised on their website. I have sent the company photos of what I was expecting to receive (photo from website), and what was received but they are unwilling to send a new box out. Also, to note I bought this box when it was a Black Friday offer and I am now thinking they clearly use a cheaper wood when there are offers on, as honestly it is such a bad quality box! Just be warned before purchasing. More than happy to provide photos for future customers if you want to take a look before thinking to purchase.

Very disappointing! Order placed 24th November, 12th of December still not in production. No message from company that order will be delayed, not sure they thought the advent calendar was for next year. Called today to see what is happening, first was told they are waiting for the bottles to arrive to be personalised, then when I questioned if they will arrive soon to get the order before Christmas it is not the bottles they are waiting for but for them to come back from personalization although order says not in production yet. Given other than the advent calendar everything else is Christmas presents I asked if they don´t arrive before Christmas will I get a refund since I need to find alternative presents but they couldn´t tell me but said I could call back and check.

I placed an order back in November and after some challenges regarding part of my order being out of stock but not being notified once I chased it up on here they responded via email and were extremely helpful.

My updated order arrived in full and is brilliant quality and adds to the magical Christmas journey.

Would recommend ordering due to the presentation and quality and customer service if an issue is raised!

Candle arrived promptly and beautifully packed. I could smell the aroma and wanted to keep it myself! But it's all wrapped and on it's way to my son for Christmas!

Purchased a hamper from here for a friend of mine for Christmas. I am a very busy person and don't have much time to organise gifts for Christmas so I was proactive one day and ordered in advance to avoid any disappointment and I ordered the hamper on the 27th November. The hamper was supposed to arrive today although I got no emails or correspondence from this company. So I decided to call up see where my hamper was. I was then told the package wasn't sent out and they apologies and that they could make arrangements to send it today in time for tomorrow so I agreed to this and we ended the call. I then get a call back around 15 minutes later to be informed that actually this couldn't be done and that they have actually sold out of this hamper I pre ordered and paid in full in advance to avoid disappointment. I was informed a 'huge' cooperate order came in and no doubt they satisfied that client probably due to the amount they spent over me. After all they would rather keep cooperate businesses happy over one client. I was given an apology and that was it. No offer of a discount or other hampers not that they have too but keep your clients happy due to your huge mess up is just unprofessional and I definitely won't be shopping here again.

Candle looks and smells lovely can’t wait to light it. Arrived quick and the packaging was great the bag covering the candle was a lovely touch.

Had one of these for my first Granddaughter,just had another one for our second granddaughter they are fabulous,lovely personalized item to keep for years,such good quality and super quick delivery

I ordered 2 tree ornaments, personalised. When they sent the order confirmation I pointed out that one was spelled incorrectly. I had an email reply from William August saying he had corrected the order that same day. But when they arrived one was still wrong.

I asked for a replacement and was told that it was my fault, despite the email from William assuring me it had been corrected. After a lot of correspondence I was told I would receive a replacement as a sign of good will.
It is now 4th December and nothing.
I would guess these small wooden ornaments cost less than 50p to produce.
I had thought about buying Christmas sacks but I will not use them again.

Great business! Love the personalisation options on the products, my daughter will love her Xmas eve box! Delivery was quick (2-3 days) and item arrived in great condition. Think what your small business offers is such great value for money! Will be ordering more!
