I ordered a ring for my son, unfortunately shortly afterwards I had an email saying I was being refunded as they did not have enough stock to fulfil my order, which was a shame as I really liked this particular ring. I think it would be better though if this happened at point of purchase, possibly, you should not be able to order and pay for something, if the product is not available.

Really good customer service.

Postage was a bit expensive but that would not put me off shopping again.

Ring came in a lovely box and was wrapped really well.

I bought a Masonic ring with engraving as a gift. Ring and engraving were absolutely beautiful, unfortunately the ring was advertised as coming in a luxury box. Which it was not, it was a cheap plastic box. I emailed Hamilton and Lewis, and I was given a genuine apology, and within 2 days I have received an absolutely stunning gift box, which complements the ring immensely. Fantastic customer service, I am very happy and will definitely use this company in the future.

Fantastic customer service from Hamilton Lewis, I emailed about a product that was out of stock on their website. They replied swiftly that they had 1 left and that I could buy it from the website now, which I did immediately.

Disappointed. Product ordered not in stock ,but took almost a full week before notified.

Item arrived very quickly and was very well packaged

By the way, I was wondering why you can't have similar ring designs (eg shape of ring head) for the non reversible rings. For instance I liked the square reversible head but wanted a non reversible ring, and those are only available in the round shape

Unfortunately they didn’t have what I was looking for but the customer service and options provided were super quick and flexible.
