I had a great experience at Vitruvian Dental Surgery. Daisy, the receptionist, was incredibly welcoming and friendly from the moment I arrived. She greeted me with a warm smile, made me feel at ease, and was professional and helpful throughout my visit. Excellent customer service can make all the difference, and Daisy is a real credit to the practice. Thank you for making my experience such a positive one.

Recently I attended Vitruvian Dental Studio for my initial appointment with regards to composite bonding. All the staff I spoke to were fantastic Jess, Victoria, Amber and Dr Tom were both caring, supportive and professional. All in all, the whole experience was brilliant. I am looking forward to my next visit regarding teeth whitening. As I continue my journey with Vitruvian, I shall return with further updates with my journey towards a fantastic new smile.

Everyone has been so lovely from start to finish. Super responsive from the first contact and then so attentive in the practice at each appointment. I had a filling and my composite bonding repaired (that I had elsewhere) and Dr Will has done a fantastic job and the team were all lovely. Also, what a stunning practice Vitruvian is!!

UPDATE - it just gets worse.
After being asked to remove my review in exchange for a free appointment, which I refused to do, receiving several phone calls where they apologised for my experience then receiving several lengthy emails from one of the founders saying how sorry they were and asking to meet me, to give them the chance to put things right, which I declined, they have clearly decided the way forward is to try to discredit my review.
Not once in those lengthy messages was it suggested I was either aggressive or abusive - because I wasn’t!
I was not aggressive or abusive, I was in terrible pain and very upset.
This course of action absolutely goes to confirm my views of this business.
Despicable behaviour.
I researched finding a new dentist well. Vitruvian is such a shrine to Instagram and shiny white veneers I checked that general dentistry was still a priority and that if I had dental pain I would be seen quickly. I have dental pain, very, very bad dental pain. I called today for an appointment and was told I could be seen next Thursday - 7 pain filled days away without being asked a single question about the one of pain? Was I bleeding? Did I have swelling? Did I have a fever? When I said this was too long a wait i was told I could be seen as an emergency for £190 as opposed to the normal £70 fee. I need approximately 10ks worth of implants and bridge replacements which I will now get done elsewhere rather than pay these money grabbing, opportunistic crooks. What a disgrace. My father was a proud dental surgeon a for 45 years and president of the BDA during this time. These people are a disgrace to the profession he loved. I fully intend to report them to the GDC. This sort of sharp practice has to be stoped in a profession that should be primarily focussed on patient well being as opposed to meeting PE targets or making themselves attractive to PE investors. Shame on the greedy leadership of the business.

This practice is the best I’ve ever been to. The people are amazing and the smile makeover I received was beyond my wildest dreams. From start to finish, I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Just so disappointed about this practice. I am extremely disappointed with my experience after 1.5 years of orthodontic treatment at Vitruvian.

Throughout the entire treatment, appointments were constantly being moved and rescheduled, causing me to waste my annual leave at work and making the whole process stressful and exhausting.

What upsets me the most is the condition of my teeth after treatment, Not talking about extra gaps in my mouth. Since having my braces removed, my teeth have become unbearably sensitive. I cannot comfortably eat, I struggle with hot and cold foods plus when i need to be calm and eat during pregnancy time which is now! I have never experienced sensitivity like this before in my life.

I also feel that excessive enamel was removed during the brace removal process. I now have visible areas on my teeth where the enamel appears damaged or missing, and I cannot even touch or use my front teeth properly without discomfort. Instead of finishing treatment feeling confident, I now feel stressed that I need to spend a significant amount of money repairing problems that I did not have before!!!

For the prices being charged, I expected a much higher standard of care, communication, and attention to long-term dental health. In my opinion, the cost of treatment was not justified by the quality of service I received.

I also know someone who had a very difficult experience after treatment and ended up needing further dental care elsewhere.

Overall, I deeply regret choosing this clinic and cannot recommend it based on my personal experience.

Had another great visit to Virtruvian yesterday under the brilliant Josh, who with Adam, is overseeing my dental plan. From someone who was petrified of dentists for over 30 years, this was my 5th visit to Virtruvian. I’m convinced if I wasn’t care for so much by these two I’d still be in the wilderness where dentists are concerned. Josh is brilliant at what he does and his knowledge is second to none. Great to get along with and explains everything that’s going on as you proceed through your treatment. Jess and Victoria also make you feel so welcome. Honestly. If you need a dentist go see these two. Totally amazing. Thanks guys.

I recently had composite bonding done at Vitruvian Dental, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Katy, who performed the procedure, was absolutely amazing. She was so lovely and made sure I felt completely at ease throughout the whole process. My teeth look incredible now – Katy has given me the best smile I've ever had, and I finally feel confident showing them off.

Liv was also fantastic, helping me arrange my bookings and ensuring everything went smoothly from start to finish. The whole team at Vitruvian Dental creates such a warm and welcoming environment. Everyone is funny and lovely, and the vibe there is just great. I highly recommend them!

I can’t recommend Vetruvian Dental Studio highly enough. From the moment I walk in, I’m always made to feel welcome, relaxed, and genuinely cared for. My dentist Adam is absolutely outstanding – professional, kind, and incredibly skilled. He always explains everything clearly and makes sure I feel comfortable at every stage. Holly, my dental nurse, is just as amazing and works brilliantly alongside Adam, always reassuring and attentive.

A special mention also has to go to Jess and Victoria, who always greet me warmly, check in on how I’m doing, and go out of their way to make sure my appointments work around me. They truly make the whole experience smooth and stress-free and always ensure I’m able to attend when needed.

The treatment I’ve received has been exceptional. I’ve had a root canal, fillings, a crown, and Invisalign treatment to move my teeth closer together, and I’ve been so impressed with both the results and how comfortable the process has been. Everything is done with care, precision, and genuine concern for the patient.

Because of how positive my experience has been, my wife will be joining the practice next year too, and she already wants Adam to be her dentist as well. That really says it all. An outstanding dental practice with an incredible team – I wouldn’t go anywhere else. 🦷✨

I cant speak highly enough of vitruvian dental studio at barnsley. From start to finish the process as been smooth. They have made me feel welcome and the staff make you feel comfortable. Josh who has done my denture has been a top guy talking me through the process and is fantastic at what he does. Really good price compared to other dental studios. I will definitely be using these again with any dental things that I need doing.

I want to leave 0 stars but it won’t let me . What an absolute joke this surgery is !!! Got our money and all they do is mess you around!!! We booked in to Barnsley for our grand daughter’s treatment with Majhid and have been treated disgusting from day 1 . Cancelled appointments, left sat waiting for long periods just to name a few . Was told we had to go to Leeds for treatment as the dentist no longer worked at Barnsley . We refused as it’s too far away . I was assured by Jake that this was not the case and we were indeed remaining at Barnsley and an appointment had been made for us . I then received 3 text messages informing me we were going to Leeds!!! I tried ringing Jake but no answer . Spoke to someone at Leeds and was told he was in a meeting . Rang back later and was told he wasn’t in that day!!!! Total lies from everyone . We paid £3500 for treatment which isn’t completed . How can you treat people like this . It’s absolutely disgusting . I won’t be removing my review this time either !!!
