We used to visit thr shoo in coventry city centre but it closed a few years ago
Recently found they are still selling online so made a purchase and picked up from their collection facility fairly easy to do but a little confusing at first as the website isnt tok clear on the ordering process and there arent really any contact details
I did try calling them to enquire but never got through to anyone

Service is fine but
Products are well made but look cheap beside more robust rustic brands

Fast delivery ,superbly packaged. Absolutely brilliant service. We’ve had a few pieces from you and always been very pleased.

CD storage unit was as expected: well made and pretty sturdy (no rocking because of lose joints etc). There was a small amount of splintering where the shelf edges had been cut, but these are covered up with CDs, so, from the front, sides and back, all is well. Solid construction. Delivery was a little early (7am!), but I suppose there is little that can be done about that.

I purchased occasional/hall tables, there was a wide choice on the website, with excellent photographs and dimensions clearly marked. Fast delivery, all very well packaged with good instructions if some assembly required. The furniture is very well made, with a beautiful finish. Delighted with my purchases, would buy again from this company

Ordered 2 bedside cabinets, unfortunately one got damaged in transit even though it was extremely well packaged.
Megan in the customer service department is amazing she arranged collection and a replacement sent out as soon as she could, keeping us informed every step.
The cabinet is well made and solid, will definitely be using them again

Quality of the chairs on these dining let's aren't there. They're not very good at all, missing solder on one or the chairs main joints and we have to tighten them all every 1-2 days. Purchased via Amazon and neither Amazon or Hallowood can help apparently. Avoid at all costs.

Delivered my coffee table when looked after delivery it was chipped and dinted.i complained about this and was told I had to sort it out with amazon and delivery company.at 1st not helpful but then agreed to replace it so I would advice to look carefully .I would not use theese again

Purchased a Waverly Oak extending table and chairs. Delivery arrived as promised, great quality for the price paid. This is perfect for two of us but allows us plenty of scope to extend the table when we have guests. Easy to put together. Would definitely recommend this product.

The units are of high quality, the only disappointment I had was the depth on the top and sides is slightly narrower than the previous units bought from you several years ago, so they don’t line up completely straight. The correspondence with the company regarding the delivery options was both helpful and efficient. I would recommend this supplier to anyone who wishes to purchase quality cd and dvd units.
