I am very disappointed with the length of time it takes to receive an order. I paid 2 weeks ago and still waiting. Sent several messages and not one reply.

Company claim to have shipped order 14th april 2015. Not seen hide nor hair of it and the website is down

Steer clear of this company unresponsive and order never sent out. Its now been 16 days and am having to go to my creditcard as fraudulent as looking like i will never get my items.

You are liars if this order has been dispatched then why will you not supply the tracking detail? And if it was dispatched on the 12th why did it take 13 days to send out?

I have ordered a size-able bundle which adds up and now am very worried I've been ripped off. I placed the order on the 23rd April 15. It's the 6th of May today and nothing. No email to explain any delay etc. In my account it just says preparation in progress. Any attempt to link through to email or 'contact us' or details results in "502 Bad Gateway". Looks like a long & messy road ahead. Really don't need the stress. Avoid.

Having read the terrible reviews on this website about half price perfumes, I decided to order from Sterling Pharmacy. Imagine my horror as I was sent a confirmation email about my purchase from Half price perfumes. Don't make the same mistake.

This is no doubt the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of having to deal with. Please, please please, do NOT order ANYTHING from this website. You will not receive your package.
I ordered items from it; my money was sent out but I did not receive my items. I called them, and was rudely sent away with poor excuses such as 'we do not deal with this' and 'the customer service rep is not here'. Zero customer care, no conscience, and absolutely no politeness. Getting a hold of them in the first place is an ordeal in and of itself. Emails were sent out and phone numbers rung to no avail. I had to practically harass them to get through. I am writing this for the sole purpose of warning any poor soul who has landed on this website. Seriously, just leave, they are just out to get your money.

If you're reading this after having placed an order, and are now sweating in your seat, let me offer some advice; contact paypal asap and let them know of your situation, they will be able to offer their assistance and attempt to get you a refund.

I placed an order online and waited for about 8 days for it to arrive. When I didn't receive it, I logged on to check the order progress. Apparently the order was still 'being processed', so clearly hadn't even been sent out yet. I wrote to customer service and asked why and about a day later received a standard email notification that my order had been cancelled and I had been refunded. No message from a person, no apology or reason why they had messed me around, taken my money for over a week and not bothered to send out the product or at least refund me if it wasn't in stock. Leaving me waiting for a product that I really needed, when if I had known I could have bought it elsewhere.

Ordered my product and paid through PayPal on 25/4. Never received products. Telephone number nobody answers. Bad gateway with email address. No reply on messenger. Do not buy ANYTHING from these people!!!

My perfume arrived in good time, wrapped well and extremely pleased with it and excellent value for money will definitely order from you again

I ordered my perfume from Halfpriceperfumes as it was the cheapest place I could find. This was my first purchase from them and I'm very impressed, good service!

I ordered a clenser for my mum for mothers day but it didn't turn up. I've phoned the company up several times, I also contacted citizens advice bureau. They advised me that half price perfumes were breaking the consumer contract cancellation and additional charges regulations 2014, of which I have informed them of this. Half price perfumes said I would receive a full refund in 48 hours but that was two weeks ago. Now the rubbish company just ignore all of my emails. Disgusting customer service.

Ordered items 2 weeks ago. They've taken my money and nothing has arrived. They don't bother replying to my messages or emails either. Looks like this is a rip off company. AVOID!

I'd lost my favourite RayBan sunglasses and because they were a model from about 4yrs ago, was really struggling to find them. I came across Perfume's club and was a little nervous having not heard of the company and seeing a few mixed reviews. I didn't need to worry! The product is genuine and perfect and arrived exactly 1 week after I placed the order. I didn't check any tracking but having logfed back into my account can see it all clearly. I would have no concerns using this company again.

Still waiting for items after 9 days now, probably get told they out of stock even though they were shipped on the 8th


Been 11 days now and no reply

The incompetency and lies from this joke of a company are unreal. If you send me an email saying my package has finally been shipped (ordered in March, it's now 26th May!) On 20th May and it STILL isn't here by 26th when I paid for first class postage?! That is a JOKE. Why don't you provide us with the tracking numbers so we can track our packages ourselves? Is it because you haven't actually shipped them as promised?! I'm taking this to a friend at Citizens Advice, look at all the similar terrible reviews on here, your company are treating customers terribly and probably breaking several laws. I think you should be investigated by the proper authorities!

I ordered 4 x hair dye but was sent the wrong ones. Have contact them via their website & via email but no response. Very disappointed / annoyed. Still awaiting reply & the right products to be supplied.

REPLY TO HALFPRICEPERFUMES: I received Clairol Nice N Easy Natural Light Ash Blonde (almost the same, but not the 'Perfect 10' that I ordered). I would like the 'Perfect 10 & for the wrong items to be collected please.

I find this company is very good value and a large choice. Always been very pleased.

All I can say about all halfpriceperfumes is they give an excellent service. It was the first time I used the site but would certainly use them again and also recommend them to my friends.

Ordered some aftershave from this website. The products were a competitive price, excellent quality and ordering was quick and easy. I was very pleased with the service and the prices of some of the products, I will definitely use again - hassle free reliable shopping.
