I've a set of Haglofs Skuta Mid Proof Eco boots that have been great, and used them well in the past four years. I had a problem with a damaged toe covering that was dealt with super efficiently by the Haglofs team, with a replacement pair sent using the lifetime warranty. Great company.

I contacted Haglofs about a shoe lace that had failed after about 1 year and they promptly agreed to supply me with a replacement pair free of charge . Excellent customer service .

I received a very quick and helpful response to replace a broken zipper on my jacket. I would say that I am not surprised as Haglofs produce high quality products that are equally backed up by high quality service!

Sent out replacement zip, and gave advice on how to keep puffiness of jacket when putting the wash.

As a professional ski instructor I really love Haglofs. After 3 winter seasons with my ski suit the colors didn t move and I stay dry after hours under the snow. Very high quality. Sadly they don't have professional rates and it s getting difficult to buy cis the price is starting to be high. I recommend Haglofs

I have a problem with my backback. There is some kind of coating inside, which has started to degrade and peel of, sticking to my clothes inside the backback. Haglöfs customer service was very helpful and gave me suggestions on how to mechanically remove the coating with help of mild soap water. My backback is an old one. With proven track record for maybe 20 years of travelling it's much more valuable to me than a new one because I can trust it. That's why I was delighted to see that Haglöfs cares about their products and customers, even when the product is old.

Haglöfs has been my go to brand for a number of years, i purchased my first jacket 20th June 2021
- Haglofs L I M Proof Multi Waterproof Jacket for £149.99 after A-LOT of use and multiple washes using
NIKWAX the jacket had a minor issue where the hood and gortex layer separated. I contacted customer care spoke to a representative named vuong who was very helpful.
After a brief discussion of what happened and the products used vuong done all possible to resolve the issue. I had the option to replace the jacket subject to availability OR choice of any jacket for a similar price (or money back). This was far beyond my expectations the customer service provided was 10/10. I have multiple Haglöf jackets and i will continue to use this brand. Simply amazing thank you.
