Missing item
I been planning to Buy automatic taping set for a while now. Finally did find a good set at gypsumtools. However...
I have spent nearly 4.000£ and ordered a full set, all was in stock. Then after placing an order next day recived an email saying that automatic taper and pump will not be delivered on time as they not keep the stock of it, it was in stock when you have taken my money 😉
Order been divided into 2, in first order when I recived most of my set including taping boxes I noticed that 12 inch box not have its case. Done a photo and contacted one from yhe gypsumtools about it. Said you still need to sent me automatic taper so you can send missing case for my box.... no answer taper arrived with no case for 12 inch box. Thank you....

It's not that we don't keep the stock of it, our stock levels on the website were not synchronised with our live stock count which is an issue we are currently dealing with.
