I`ve used Guitarbitz on a couple of occasions now, and cannot fault their service. I bought a guitar and it must have been sent by express train, it arrived so fast, and I`ve just bought a tuner which was just as prompt. It`s a pleasure dealing with Guitarbitz and I will continue to do so. I trust them!

I ordered some guitar strings strings, but you did not have enough to fulfill my order. The money for the whole order was taken from my account, but only part of the order shipped. I have now paid for goods I have not received. Very disappointed. All going well they will arrive soon, before I start complaining.

Hi John. Thank you for your review. I am sorry, but when we came to pick your order on the 6th June, for some reason we did not have enough in stock to fulfil your complete order. We included a message in with your order to inform you of this and we also spoke over the telephone explaining the situation. We have already sent you the 3 remaining sets of strings on the 10th June by Royal Mail 24 hour service, so they should have been with you by now.
We apologise for not sending you your order in one shipment, but we have speedily rectified the error and have kept you well informed at all stages.
