My order was dealt with over the Bank Holiday on line and an answerphone message left not to post the order as I live only a mile away. I was then able to collect after the holiday. Excellent.

The guitar bridge saddle is exactly as stated on the web site. It arrived promptly after ordering so I'm very impressed with this outfit.

I ordered the Fender Starcaster Strat & Amp Pack for my daughters Birthday, she absolutely loves it! the Guitarbitz staff I spoke with on the phone were great, it arrived exactly when they said it would, no hassle, free delivery, couldn't ask for a better service.

Got a new bridge saddle for a Martin. A morning carefully calculating and measuring the exact height I wanted, and work with a sandpaper block and a vice out in the garden in the lovely weather last week, and it's spot on! So I still have the original saddle unadulterated, but have a really playable Martin. Can't put it down!
