I was searching for an electro-acoustic guitar for my 11 year old son, the challenge being getting the right size for him.
Guitarbitz were absolutely fantastic providing advice, guitar sizes, and recommendations, I would highly recommend them.
Very honest &helpful people will definitely be using again
My son had purchased a cover for his huge Orange big amp thingy, from america, it was pricey, poor quality and it didn't fit!! I found Guitarbitz on the internet and phoned them. so helpful, knew exactly what was needed, ordered one of their covers there and then, it arrived the very next day, well packed and the cover is good quality with Orange logo and it FITS, perfectly all for under £20.00. So pleased with this purchase, wish they were all like that..Thank you Guitarbitz.

I bought the guitar (candy apple red Fender Strat) for my son's Christmas, so I can't comment on the item personally.
The quality of service however is simply first class. Communication, delivery, security, promptness etc. I could go on.
Absolutely delighted, proper way to run a business.
Great experience, my Zoom B3 came the next day and I was informed by text when it would arrive. A perfect seller :)
Great service at a great price & arrived extremely quickly - very satisfied!
I ordered a case on line for my husband's new guitar. It was delivered the next day in person. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size, but there was no quibble about replacing it. Again, the new one was delivered in person.
After being messed about by a local company who couldn't even be bothered ringing me back with a price for the guitar I wanted, despite several visits to the shop, I found GuitarBitz via amazon. They had the guitar I wanted, at the price I wanted, I ordered it online and it arrived 3 days later in perfect condition. Excellent service
I ordered 4 sets of Rotosound Yellows and they arrived within 2 days, so not only are they a good price but they were sent out promptly too. While Guitarbitz continues to have such prices and service, I'll carry on buying my strings from there.
excellent service and deliveredexactly on time.
My order was delivered, as promised, next day. Everything was present and worked fine.
Really impressed with the speed of service
Very pleased with ease of purchasing, from website layout to delivery.
I use Guitarbitz to buy gifts for my boyfriend and their recommendations are really useful. Their delivery service is also fantastic and I couldn't recommend them any more highly.
I needed the correct replacement part for my Gibson cs336 urgently. Called guitarbitz explaining I needed the parts next day and they quickly dispatched. I was back in business the next day.
Great service,
Thank you,
Alex.
First purchase (machine heads) - not let down on quality or efficiency. They said they would be here and they were. I fixed them inside 20 minutes of getting them they went straight on no messing and look good. Thanks
